On a Friday afternoon at about 2pm my first impression was very bad. More than half the tables were left uncleared so there was no place to sit. I was not greeted at all. I had to walk thru the eating area to the back where I had to get the attention of the girl and ask her to clear a table so I could seat myself. I stood there in the middle of the restaurant while I watched her serve two tables and then take an order over the phone. It took her three trips to clear the table (apparently they dont have trays or bus tubs here). When I finally got my soup it was Luke warm and bland. I will not likely eat here again.

Bamboo Bowl not only makes delish flavorful both, but the best part was how fresh all the veggies (sprouts, basil, lime and jalepenos) were. It grosses me out to imagine pho restaurants re-using the unused (but rarely untouched) sprouts left over by previous guests - so I just dont think about it. But at Bamboo Bowl, you can tell they take care in using only fresh ingredients.

We ordered 2 Beef Sandwiches. On the menu and when we ordered it was not MENTIONED that there would be EGGS in the sandwich. When we got home we noticed the EGGS and were severely disappointed. We ended up throwing the FOOD away! When we called to ask why she said thats just the way they make up! NEVER GOING BACK AS THE LADY WAS RUDE

Ive made this place my go-to pho restaurant. The soup is consistently delicious and comes in generous portions for a reasonable price. The family is also incredibly warm and quick to make conversation. If you love Vietnamese food, this is the place. Also, they put a fried egg on their Vietnamese sandwiches. It is brilliant.

In our Chicken Vermicelli bowls we got cold canned chicken, not peanuts, hardly any noodle. The entire dish felt like it came out of a refrigerator. It was shocking!! Low quality food. Got take out once and will never return again.

The shrimp and pork rolls are delicious, healthy, and priced to get me back in the restaurant again and again. Ive been sampling my way around the menu and everything Ive had so far has been delicious. I cant say away!
