I dont want to give it a star but I have to do a review the place sucks employees dont know what they are doing only because the manager is so lazy doesnt train them or helps them just yells at them, I waited 45 min in the drive through line for our meal and it was wrong when we got it and then had to wait another 15 min for it and then when we got it was cold. Then today we thought we would give them 1 more try that was a dumb idea ordered our food once again wrong and we took it back they argued that it was right l, we ordered a home style chicken ranch, the meal they gave us was double bacon burger last time I check there is no beef in chicken so they stated well the box was right. LEARN FELLOW MONROE PEOPLE DONT GO HERE!!!!

So normally there is something misplaced, food is cold, or it takes multiple times for them to realise we want a burger vs a taco ( this has happened multiple times). But today was different, when I was told a burger was not in stock which I understand. But then the chef came by and said were not offering that since I dont know how to make it. WTF

I walked in and stood at the counter. There was no line. I could see four or five employees in the food prep area. Each and everyone of them made eye contact with me but no one acknowledged my presence. I waited for another 20 seconds being completely ignored so I took my money and went to Five Guys where I received great service and yummy fast food.

Took 5 minutes just to order a kids meal and then 15 minutes for them to get it to me. Should not have to wait 20 minutes for food at a "fast food" place. Especially when theyre standing around staring at the order screen as if its written in Japanese! Ridiculous and will NEVER visit this location again!

Today was horrible!! The drive thru lady was in such hurry to take my order, that she did even take a sec. To actually pay attention to what I said!!!! Every time shes there somethings wrong with my orders!!!! :$ she should get fired or moved to the kichen. The food is good although half of it is wrong.

Terrible experience! Employees sneezing and spitting in food. Packing squished together burger falling out half wrapped. No recipt given. Food cold calling management I the morning. Do not eat at this place.

As Fast food goes, this one is decent. People in the drive through have always been pleasant. I get the food I order, which lots of ff places mess up regularly. I love the eggrolls!
