Stay away from the tavern burgers because they are frozen patties. Their other burgers are real meat and are decently good. The bottomless fries are great, but I can never eat more than a 2nd round. There salad is a spring mix. And, the blue moon shake is really good, especially for only $6.49. But, i recommend it as a dessert because the orange cream doesnt mix very well with the salt in the burger and fries. Service varies. We got a kind server, but not much attention, even with the tablet callers. Its a great idea, but we couldnt order anything we wanted on it, it took up table space, and it did not work well to call our server. Update: Once you order your beer, you can order another same type of beer through the tablet. But, i could not reorder a bottomless root beer float, which was a bit annoying. Also, the tablet is GREAT for splitting the bill, includes tip percentages.

I had a terrible experience the last time I had been here. First off, the waiter took more than 20 minutes to get us a drink. And then he got the wrong order for one of us. I could see the pile of onion rings in the kitchen, but he forgot about the order completely. They did not give us tissues or cloth and when we asked for it, the waitress threw it on the table. Yes, she actually threw it. And then they took forever to get our check. We left them no tip, but needless to say, it was a horrible experience. I wish I could give them zero stars. Im pretty sure Im not going to this Red Robin again. The one in Rivermark is great!

I enjoy red robin but this location has the worst service! Im okay with long waits, but I had an experience of waiting an hour for a party of 6. I understand larger groups take longer to seat but there were a lot of empty tables waiting to be cleaned off and prepped for the next group. Once seated, it took 20 minutes just to get drinks ordered. It was another 20 minutes to order our food. We then had to wait an hour to get our food. The food was cold when it arrived and had obviously been sitting out for quite some time. I have had similar experiences for the two visits before as well. Not coming back.

We come here once in a while because my kids like to eat garbage. The Bonzai burger is pretty good, although Im sure its the direct cause of my Buddha belly. The service here is all right, as long as theyre not completely slammed -- today on a Saturday afternoon, it took us 20 minutes to get a table, another 10 minutes before our waitress got to us, and then another half hour before our food arrived. Given the low Yelp rating, Im not sure why this place is so popular... I guess other peoples kids enjoy eating garbage, too.

Been to other Red Robins in other states and have had a great experience been to this location 2 times and both were lousy terrible service long wait for food went yesterday they brought tower of onion rings with no plates then forks and napkins no knives had to hack my burger in half with a fork. Server never came back to check on us or refill drinks had to wait for about 15 min to get boxes and check the only reason she came back is because we had a To go order. Never will go to this location again 2 times 2 fails!!!!

Terrible service, just needed to place a to go order and had the bartenders and waiters staring at me without ever coming over to do their job. After waiting for 10 minutes the bartender was very rude, didnt even want to take my order but had to because he was ordered to. And then told me he would close out my account in a minute before he proceeded to make everybody a drink that was sitting at the bar then started joking with the other bartender about customers. That is a sad excuse for customer service.

Their food is good, but the service at this location has gone down considerably. The last few times Ive visited, the server disappeared before the end of our meal. I literally had to find the hostess to get someone to refill our drinks. Forget about endless fries, too. They now give you about 10 fries with your burger and take their time with even a single refill (see above about disappearing). I would completely wash my hands of this place, except they have the best ranch dressing ever.

Our last time there, the food was way too salty. My teen sons eyes were puffy from retaining water from so much salt. The sweet potato fries were so salty the other kids were not eat them all; the fries tasted so bitter from the salt. The waiter was not attentive so we were unable to take advantage of the bottomless items like floats. It is really sad to say this since we have eaten here for years and this past week was the most disappointing.

my experience at this red robin sucked it took 1 to 2 hours for the food to get there thats has happen five times now, also the hot wings are good tasting but they cost a lot of money for the large plate and it only gives you fifteen chicken wings, and if you think that is bad the whiter only checked on us once and he was not friendly so my experience at red robin sucked p.s if you red robin see this work on you costumer surves and food.

Red Robin is OK, its your typical burger joint, but I do like that they continue trying to create new burgers. Sign up for rewards and keep your eye on emails for special deals! I came here with my mom to treat her out and we got buy-one-get-one burgers.I enjoyed my A1 Peppercorn Burger with hardwood-smoked bacon, pepper jack, and onion straws. The bottomless fries will get you too, but I love them with their special Red Robbins spice mix.

Ive had some great servers at Red Robin. They rarely get my order wrong, and quickly correct it when they do. Managers have always been generous if theres been a mistake, and we get great value with their Rewards card. Diet friendly menu items are sparse, but Ive had at least 1 that I really love. Its my 6 year olds favorite restaurant, so were frequent customers. Ive had better burgers, but rarely such consistently good service.

I like the food, but we ordered margaritas and they were the absolutely worst drinks Ive ever had. The bartender even defended the drinks saying that since they were made fresh (with sour mix) and not from a machine, they were actually better. Its worth noting that its lime juice, lime concentrate, lime margarita mix or maybe Roses Lime Juice that are mentioned in the various Margarita recipes -- not sour mix.

15 minute wait for a table, 20 minute wait for server to acknowledge you and now at 40 minutes and counting for our order to be brought to the table. I heard great reviews about this place and I can say that I am sorely disappointed. Make sure if you come here you want this to be your entire Days event dont think you can come here to eat before a movie because you will definitely miss the movie.
