Every time you go here you have issues. Three of us ordered food last night we were told to hurry because our server had a big table near us. 45 minutes with empty waters no food. We order three salads side of broccoli and fries. Asked for a manager. She brought our food our at the hr mark and fries were cold as can be. Other tables that had sat and ordered after us had ate and were done. Manager took back fries and we never saw her again. Our server saw us for the first time since we ordered and told us to pay on the tablet and we were still waiting on food! We were told theyre short on staff but thats a constant excuse and no excuse for how awful this was. This has happened so many times at this location its absolutely ridiculous. Manager never came back

If I could do less than 1 star I would. The service here has gone downhill. A few weeks ago I figured I would try the online ordering. I did and it told me 20 minutes. Got to the restaurant in 25 and still sat there for another 45 minutes. New technology sometimes doesnt work. So I called in my order today at 5:51. They said 20 minutes. I got here at 6:15 and guess what? Its 6:40 and food is still not ready, though I have seen many people come and go and get their food. I think 50 minutes is ridiculous to get a to go order, especially when I was told 20 minutes. In the future I will be avoiding this red Robin as it is not representative of the red Robin I know.

We LOVE Red Ribin, which is why we ended up here for lunch during our soccer tournament. But... Ive never been this disappointed with our Red Robin experience. Hair in my blue cheese dressing, not enough"buzz" sauce on my cluck & fries, 2 glasses of wine at the table - both with floaties, and the die from the paper basket liner transferred to my husbands fish on his fish & chips. So gross. Is this the dirtiest Red Robin ever? Not sure, but its the dirtiest one Ive ever been to. 2 stars (instead of 1) because normally I love this place. Just yuck today!

Worst service ive ever had. No silverware. My husband had to stand for near 10 minutes waiting for a chair. Asked for early fries. Received none. Half my party recieved food (45 minutes after ordering) and the other half had to wait 20 more minutes. When the dining room was not even that full. (Half of alderwood business) Waitresses had horrible attitudes. Heard them talking "crap" about our table from the kitchen. Will never go to this red robin again. Save yourself some trouble and go to one in lynwood or everett. I garuntee itll be a better experience.

Red Robin is a known quantity. It is a chain with pretty good food and a casual dining experience. No surprises there. The difference is the staff. This location has excellent staff. They are all friendly, helpful, and most of all timely. They back each other up, always have smiles (even when they are obviously having a bad day), and remember their regular customers. We routinely have staff that are not our current servers stop by the table just to say hello. LPT: Service personnel are not servants, remember that and you will get much better service.

Weve been here about 3 times. Its always been a solid experience, about what one should expect, in food qualities, wait staff, prices. Access is a bit less convenient than most restaurants...some nut in rainy Washington designed the building with the entrance on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot, facing the other way! No big deal. I really like the grilled chicken salad and their Basic (classic) Burger.

Red Robin is usually a pretty solid bet for a chain dining experience. Therefore, we were completely disappointed to find such was not the case at this location. Slow, unreliable service. Long wait times. Food was ok, but service is SUCH a big part of the experience, especially for the brand RR cultivates, and for us, this was the deal breaker. Well probably avoid this location until word of mouth indicates a change.

Good place to get a cheap good cocktail and even cheaper appetizers. They also have a good selection of beer on tap like blue moon and Mac and jacks. I have never been a huge fan of their hamburgers but they have a wide selection of other options like wraps, salads, and pasta. This Monroe location tends to be pretty busy but the staff keeps up and wait times are usually minimal.

Your womens bathroom is one of the most filthiest bathrooms I have ever encountered. This has not just been one occasion, either. Last night there was urine all over the floor, on the toilet seats, unflushed toilets, and paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. My husband says the mens bathroom isnt much better. I would expect better of a family restaurant.

Needed a chair to sit for 10mins, ended up getting it myself. From ordering good took 40mins and the waitress shoved all our orders in our face. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Never in my life have I had such ignorant staff serve me, worst part is I watched my waitress stare at the lights for long periods of time doing nothing her name was Nicole M

Its a typical chain restaurant. The food is no better or worse than any other Red Robin Ive been to. Ive been in numerous times and havent had anything to really complain about, but nothing truly stands out either except for the garlic fries which are delicious. This is a solid fall back choice if you cant really decide what else youd like to eat.

We waited a long time for service. We were handed a happy hour and when we went to pay they charged us for regular price and we asked about it and the rude waitress said that she could go upstairs and pull a report to see if we had our order in time. We were there before 3pm and took 15 Minutes for her to get to us. Never visit there again.

Weve been here several times. Theyre usually busy but still quick and efficient. We got hooked on the Burning Love Burger, too bad it was seasonal. I will have to find a new favorite. They lettuce wrap burgers l, and have bottomless salad there if you dont want fries. I dont usually order ranch, but the ranch dressing is especially yummy.

Its a typical Red Robin, but the location is dirty, busy and just downright slow. Usual wait is 15 minutes for a table, 15 for food and 10 to get out after you eat. Try wiping the table they seat you at with a bleach wipe or baby wipe and see the grunge they leave on there when when they clean them.

I have been going to Red Robin for 20+ years it was always a good restaurant to meet people have birthdays etc. The one in Monroe is always disappointing. The service is slow. The food is always cold or wrong. I could tell you plenty of horror stories. But the bottom line is it is always terrible.

I love red Robin. And I get the whiskey BBQ wrap. It came out soggy and so did the fries. I usually get the fries pre seasoned with their awesome spice blend and these were plain and gross. The ppl were nice but the place was chaotic. I would not recommend this red Robin location.
