I have been to lemon grass a couple times. The first time I got there pad tai and it was ok. The second time it tasted strange so the third time I got Singapore noodles and they were okay. The noodles were overcooked and mushy but at least the taste was somewhat appetizing. The 4th time and now my last time to ever go here. I got the noodles Delight and it had a very bad taste to it they called me to have food poisoning within an hour of eating the food. My son got the pad thai and he also got food poisoning. I have tried to call the restaurant twice now with no return call to resolve this matter. I would expect more from a food establishment after being in the restaurant business for many years. I shall never return or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Fantastic dining experience! We pulled off the freeway on our way to Tacoma too avoid traffic. Yelp did not let me down. First of all, the decor is beautiful. Service was prompt and polite. Everything we ordered was delicious. We started with the chicken egg rolls which were light and crispy as well as the satay that was flavorful. Main dishes were the tom yum talay, seven flavor beef, and pad Thai with prawns. Yum and more yum! I ordered a mojito with pineapple that did not disappoint. The only reason Im deducting a star is because the restroom had a foul odor that lingered from before I was seated until after my meal when I went back to wash my hands. The ventilation could use some improvement. Nevertheless, Definitely recommend!

Very good food and drinks. The food is very cultural and always tastes amazing. The restaurant allows you to share the food with others by bringing it on a separate plate which is exactly what youll want to do with the party your with. The service is very kind and the food does come quickly. The service is not as quick as I believe it could be, as there are quite a lot of people that visit the restaurant. The whole vibe spells elegance but the crowd is sometimes less than presentable. Overall I would recommend this place to others that are in the area for a nice place with good food

Be aware that they charge $1.00 extra PER piece of shrimp! The manager proceeded to argue with me and tell me that its the owners rules and not his, when I told him Ive never paid that in the past when we come here often he stated that the kitchen is always "hard to deal with", Said he would bring me the extra shrimp only this time and never brought it. I wouldnt ask for the extra shrimp if they offered a childrens menu for us who have kids, but my daughter and I share our meal. Maybe they should invest in a kids menu and accommodate their customers and STOP SERVING ALCOHOL TO MINORS!

Spotty service; some servers and bussers were great, but one soured our experience when she vanished prior to our food arriving with no hand-off to another server (the kitchen delivered our food). Egg noodles tough and chewy, while the rice similarly seemed overly chewy. Definitely less spicy than expected; a four level spice factor listed in the menu makes for quite bland at three. It is worth noting that the Tom Yum Gai was quite tasty, and their Satay was good, though unexpectedly not skewered. Food is nicely served in sizable portions on serving plates to share family-style.

I had just had a hip surgery, I was using a walker, they set me in the very back corner booth. We waited for a server but no one came. I eventually called the restaurant on my phone and ask them if they would send a server to my table. The guy answered the phone chuckled thought it was funny and sent someone back to me. They were extremely unprofessional. Im giving them three stars because the food was pretty damn good but the service was lacking.

Amazing! both noodle dishes Ive tried here were some of the best Ive had. We couldnt wait to go back. Price is reasonable, most dishes are around $13. Service was attentive and pleasant and atmosphere was relaxing, we go near closing and the lighting is usually very dimmed down. The only dish we didnt enjoy thus far was the almond chicken; It was not very flavorful. The desert menu is also limited. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great atmosphere, just okay food. I ordered five different items, and none were more than average. The Pad Thai was very watery, to the point of sitting in a pool of its own juice, the Chinese sausage fried rice was quite salty, the almond chickens coating was hard instead of crispy, and the white sauce for the honey walnut shrimp tasted heavily of mayonnaise. For the price, there is much better Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese food in the area.

Ive been here several times and love it! The atmosphere is soothing and comfortable when dining in. Ordering to go is also pleseant, the host is very kind and often chats a bit with me before I leave. I usually order Pad Thai or the Singapore noodles. While my husband likes to try the various curries they offer. The prices are a bit imtimidating but the portions are large. So its well worth it, espacially for how yummy they are.

I have been here a few times with my son and his girlfriend, who is vegetarian. My son and his girlfriend love it because there are so many vegetarian choices. I, as a meat lover, am not impressed. I gave this restaurant a few tries before I rated it and have not been impressed. My local teriyaki restaurant serves better food. Honey walnut shrimp, which they say is their specialty, not that good.

While the prices are decent, the food tastes very bland. I have eaten there twice and have disliked both entrees. Most recently I ordered the pad Thai thinking I couldnt go wrong however, it tasted like eating spaghetti with a very light amount of tomato sauce. Water is typically served at room temperature. The restaurant itself is a pleasant building with a good atmosphere.

Good for group or large family dining... not very kid friendly. Most of the food is decent but i would NOT recommend the pad thai here... it seems like they use the most generic sauce from a walmart shelf... And then when i complained about the pad thai they didnt ask to take it off. I had to ask for another server. I would come here to enjoy drinks and the atmosphere.

The food was delicious and the drinks were good. Our server Destry was very helpful and took the time to explain our options and make recommendations. We went for lunch, so the restaurant was quite and the experience was very enjoyable. I tried the green curry and my lunchmate tried the yellow curry. Both had amazing flavor and hit the spot!

Im trying very hard to find out why this location and the Olympia location do not know how to run the front of house?!?! I come here often because its close and the kitchen/food standards are consistent and good. The prices are good. But my god, can someone please train the manager on staffing and training the front end?!?!

The only place my boyfriend and I have ever sent our food back and asked for it to be removed from our bill. The server was nervous, but very nice. The spring rolls were delicious though and the restaurant atmosphere was comfortable. The Pad Thai, however, was inedible to either of us and had an extremely unappetizing smell.
