We had gotten a coupoun for a half price meal and a free medium pizza. My husband and I dont go out to eat too often these days..so when we do we want it tobe good. When we order our drinks my wine was flat asked if I could have a fresh glass the waiter said that was a new bottle..so he gave me a different vintage...just as bad so we just were hoping the dinner would be the make up for that..the waiter came back like eight time in ten minutes..I told him we wanted to sit and talk for a while..we would let him know when we were ready. Guess what two minutes later he came back again I asked if he was getting to the endof his shift? He said no but I think he just wanted to get our order and move on..now this is a Tuesday night. About fifteen people were in there so it wasnt like we were keeping the table from some else..we are in our fifties and just wanted to have nice night out and relax. How could we relax when every two minutes we were asked if there was anything else..the pizza was under cooked maybe the brick oven was off but I wont go back there even if it was free..I truely feel that was the worst night of dining Ive had in a while..and a waste of thirty five dollers..even with the coupon!

If you want Take Out... go somewhere else!!! (Star Rating not based on food - never had a chance to try it!!) We are new to the area and I called to place an order to go. *Everything* I wanted to order was not on their "Take Out" menu. REALLY?!? My wife and I has a daughter with fairly significant disabilities - and its a lot work for us to visit restaurants in person. But we enjoy eating out... so we do a lot of take out. Never have we run into a restaurant that refuses to provide something on their regular menu for take out - until now. Some restaurants will occasionally leave a dish or two off their Take Out menu - but will always let you order it if you ask. Not Infernos!! I mean whole sections of their menu are "not available". Is their management just too cheap to buy some foil containers or just too stupid as to how to provide customer service. Well... The Rock... is about 5 mins further away - just the opposite direction on Marvin Way. Dont waste your time going to Infernos when The Rock is always good!!! Oh, and they let you order anything off their menu for Take Out.

Unfortunately, more cons than pros. Our first visit to Infernos will probably be the last. The pros were we liked the atmosphere in the bar area. Good cold beer. The staff was very friendly. The cons, the food! Tried the artichoke dip which was really just spinach dip, couldnt taste any artichoke in it at all. Tried the caesar salad and never have had such a "wet" salad. Dressing was on the side, but it was like they soaked the lettuce in water before they put it on the plate. Yuk! Pizza crust was extremely chewy and not in a good homemade way. Was hoping dessert would save the day, but no luck there either. Ordered cheesecake and red velvet cake. The cheesecake felt like a Nerf ball, firm and spongee and the red velvet cake was HARD. Double yuk. We took a bite out of each and left the rest. Very disappointing. Pro - I will say the waitress did check on us and we told her about not liking the desserts and she was very nice and said she would remove them from the bill without us asking. If you give it a try, stick with the beer.

We when walked in they Just looked at us for a while eventually someone showed us To our seats. Ive had way better pizza. The price is ridiculous and again it isnt good. Our waitress seemed new and they were making her do all the work. Tables, seats and even menus werent clean. I had got a side salad all the lettuce underneath was brown, with about 5 croutons and random cheese. We had to pay with a corporate card that we cant leave tips on so I told her to charge drinks to my personal card so I could tip her. Her manager helped her and did it wrong. They charged the opposites of what I said, she tried again with a different manager and STILL DID IT WRONG! ( I cant fully blame her because her managers should have had some sense to look at the receipt and the last 4 of the card number to make sure it was done right) FINALLY, after the 3rd try they got it. Not a have a good day, come back and see us or anything. Wont be back.

Went in at 7PM a few nights ago. There were more wait staff in the restaurant than customers. Waited 5 minutes for seating while multiple employees walked past me. At one point, two employees were making pizzas 5 feet from where I was standing and neither of them acknowledged I was there. Their effort to not make eye contact would have been hilarious if I had not been so hungry. As I was getting ready to leave someone came out of the kitchen, asked if I had been helped, and showed me to a table...where I sat...and sat...and sat...and finally left. Shame really, the pizzas I saw being made at the counter looked pretty good. To bad I could not get anyone to take my order.

Service was bad. Walked in with my boyfriend and his 5 year old. Had to ask for the kids paper and crayons. Ordered an appetizer and never received it. When she brought our food I asked her if she put in the appetizer order and she immediately answered yes then looked at her notebook to see if she wrote it down or not. Then she asked if we still want it. I said no. The salads are way over priced, at $11-15 and bad selection of vegetables. The tomatoes were yellow and green. The kid didnt even touch his pizza. The boyfriend had a calzone. He said it was ok. Mediocre place. High prices. I wont be coming back here thats for sure.

Gave them a second chance and we didnt even get seated. They were supposed to close at midnight, but when we arrived at 9:50pm they were cleaning up and we were told by the lady sweeping that they had just closed. The manager told us that she could keep them open if we need, but it was apparent that they were ready to call it a night. We politely declined and moved on to another restaurant. Its unfortunate that what used to be such a great pizza place has lost its fire over the years and is in such decline. After our last visit that had terrible pizza, and this visit, I doubt well be back again.

Service was great. Our waitress did a wonderful job! The root beer they use is fantastic! Snoqualmie Draft, I think. Gives this place a unique flavor. My only real issue was the meat. It tasted freezer burnt, had like a weird "old fish" flavor underneath the sauce and seasoning. The wings were Good, aside from that. Unfortunately the flavor got to me so much I really couldnt eat much of my pizza. Check your dates, friends. I was impressed enough to want to try again in the future, but this wasnt great for me. Thanks for the service!
