My family has been going to gorilla grill for years, since first opened and we love it, but are sad to say that due to our recent experiences, we no longer will be returning unless there are new staff or some big changes in work ethic. We went a little over a week ago and ordered 3 meals, when I got home I had only received 2. I tried calling over and over, but the phones were busy. I called the following day and spoke to a man that said he would leave a note for all employees and I could come in whenever I would like to grab my meal. I explained that I might be in that day but wasnt sure since I was very busy and he said it was okay that I could call when Im ready to pick it up and they would make it. Well I wasnt able to make it in until this last weekend (a week after original order), and I explained to the employee about my meal. First she said they had it sitting in the hot case for me all day the day I had called. Then she tried telling me they couldnt give it to me because of some policy, which I understand if there is a policy to follow, but I was told I could get my meal replaced that I paid for and never received and to call when I was ready to get it. She could tell that I was irritated and finally agreed to give it to me free of charge, alongside that we ordered another meal, and an extra side of fries, in which we paid for. When we didnt receive the extra side of fries they tried arguing that we didnt order them, we had to show them our receipt to get them. Later that day, we went back to pick up a meal for my dad as we were heading back home. My mom waited about 30 min and the employees were just standing there. She asked if the meal was almost done and they said they needed to "drop the fries", then still stood there doing nothing. So my mom being so frustrated, said forget it and walked out not getting her meal she had paid for. It just really sucks that gorilla grill has gone down hill, their employees are obviously lazy and do not communicate well to each other or their customers.

If give them a 5 instead of a 3 except we had a concern about our food... the gal that made it no disrespect but it wasnt up to usual standard how ever the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was AWESOME!!!!! Made it right and so professional. Didnt cat h his name but it was at about 8:10pm on Tues the 9th of May 2017. If any of his supervisors read this his is great your company should be proud to have him aboard

I stop here whenever i am in the area. The burgers are top notch. Mucho recommendations.
