The Gentleman Farmer

This place has a lot of charm. Its run by two dudes who know the local scene and all of its characters. John pulls the shots behind the two group LA San Marco using Espresso Vivaces signature blend. Hell make you any drink you can imagine; from the sacrilegious sugary type to the sacred traditional types, flat whites, dopio espresso... Little known are their great sandwiches made to order. Try the ham (cant recall the name) its the one on the upper left of the eclectic sandwich menu.

Really terrible service. charged me for a coffee and then held my thermos hostage for 15 minutes. With a few minutes left to catch my ferry, I asked if they could pour my order (black coffee) and finally I just had to ask for my thermos back (with no coffee, having already paid) I used to work at a cafe so trust me on this. 15 minutes is more than enough time for black coffee. Dont go here.

Went in on Saturday 7/23/2016 around 1pm. The man and woman working there were incredibly rude. Trash talking the tourists after a boat just came in. They thought they were talking quietly and nobody heard them, I did. We spent $20 on ice cream 2 doors down and had great service. If you dont like tourists and serving people, get out of the industry and move off the island in the summer.

The sign outside with missing letters would lead me to expect the same care and pride of ownership throughout. Almost no seating. The coffee is good...but so is every other coffee shops coffee on the island. I look for something that stands out above the rest, their food (sandwiches, wraps, etc.) is better than the offerings of most others.

This small town coffee shop offered a variety of beverages as well as some fresh local baked goods. I stopped in for a quick snickerdoodle cookie and it was made fresh on the island earlier that day, very soft and tasty.

Good coffee, but anti-police views. Staff was loud and rude, openly speaking about how police officers are stupid and they "guess thats just the standard." Will not return.

Tiny place, pretty funky, great coffee. Convenient to the marina and ferry. We go there almost every day we are in Friday Harbor.
