HORRIBLE! I called in over the phone for 6 pizzas (majority are specialty pizzas) an hour before I picked it up. When I got there, to my dismay, they said they didnt receive any order as such. The thing that made me sooooo mad was that they didnt even do anything to rectify the situation. They just looked at me and said flat out, "we dont have your pizza!". I still needed to ask so what are they going to do about it? Didnt even to bother to call in the manager to reprimand whoever received my phone order. They are so disorganize!!! I think Ill go back to our regular, Papa Murphys.

A lot of people saying "never hot and ready on a friday at 6" / "this, that and all that jazz" but never understand they have a certain amount of pizzas in the "pizza holder" if you will, and pizzas last for 30 minutes. If someone comes in and orders 6 pizzas which is all they have in the "pizza holder" then theres a layback on getting those pizzas back in the holder. Theres something called supply and demand and when those both dont add up because the demand is high and supply is low, youll obviously have to wait for the next round of pizzas to come out.

The pizza here is delicious but thats only when its available because the employees really lack work ethic and customer service skills. Possibly a management issue? Youd think a Friday night at 6pm they would keep the supply of hot and readys...um...hot and ready? Every single time its "oh its a 15 minite wait" and when you say ok nevermind theyre like "ok"...some of them are great but most of them suck! Management should step up!

No one understands or can tell you how much a pizza is ...unless they can ring it on a register. So apparently they have no memory abilities.!!!!Or walk in menus. All I wanted to know was how much a pizza was.deep dish hula Hawaiian.Hello people get a clue or at least some common sense please.Thanks for nothing.

Love the pizza, the staff...well what do you expect at a high turnover fast food pizza place? A bunch of highschool kids trying to make some cash so of course manners arent the best. I prefer little Caesars over new York vinnys because vinnys always over sauce their pizza and I prefer the crunchy Caesars crust.

Hot and ready? Please. Called in an order, I was told 15 minutes. No problem. Show up after 15 minutes, then was told it would be another 10. Thats as I saw three employees standing around throwing balls of pizza crust at each other. No problem with the food, but the employees and the service are a joke.

If youre looking for a cheap hot lunch you can get a Hot-N-Ready pizza to go usually within 5 minutes here. They also offer a lunch special with a personal pan deep dish pizza and soda which is reminiscent of the deep dish pizza from Pizza Hut.

They piled all the toppings in the middle of the pizza and I asked for a well-done and the crust was white plus they were so cheap to even put a few napkens with my pizza . Horrable experience Apr 3 2017 .

This place is a joke! They advertise hot and ready pizza. Every time I go through the drive thru its never ready! There is always a 10 minute wait. Dont advertise this if you cant follow through!!

I have no complaints about the food; However, the employees hardly never have pizza ready to go. I usually have to wait 10 min. There are times that I end up going to Vinnys cause of the wait.

Horrible!!! Waited 40 minutes, the workers forgot about us, gave our pizzas to someone else and then told us to keep waiting. Eventually we just got our money back and left.
