The food is great. BUT, God forbid you order online. We order as an office and actually cant believe we still do! Sides? Randomly get. Maybe only on days that have an R in them. Want pineapple in anything? Well, you better be able to re-cook your food because pineapple doesnt come IN anything when you order it, you get a side of pineapple, so if you wanted it IN your calzone, sorry :( Then today, we order 3 calzones. I think we probably order because they deliver but even THATS getting old. So todays order came with no name nor description on any of the boxes. Good thing we could peek inside to see some of the ingredients so we could see who had what. Also, whenever we ask what were doing wrong, if anything, when we order online so we can have a correct order for next time, no response. Crickets! My advice? Go in person and sit there and eat. Dont order for delivery. EVER!

EVERY restaurant will have its order or customer service mishaps. Here the minor irritations arent worth fussing about. THIS IS CONSISTENTLY THE BEST PIZZA I KNOW OF. I worked for six different chains when I was younger and have tried many other places in king county, I feel I am familiar with the product. pagliacci pegasus & jet city arent even on my radar any more, I wont order from anyone else if I can justify driving to Buren (although they do have a big delivery range and come to my house).

Always consistent, Always fast. I ADORE their Rosemary Chicken Ravioli. I always get it with the Alfredo sauce which is to die for. Their garlic bread is amazing, and their extras are generous! My applicants love ordering from here when they want to splurge before shipping out, and I am always willing to spread the awesome word of Bella Luna! For me it is a real treat to order from them, and they will continue to get my business as long as I work in their delivery area!! LOVE YOU GUYS!

The quality of food is worth the price. Their pasta dishes have some gluten free alternatives. The ingredients are top notch. They do offer some healthier dishes for those more conscious of what they eat. Basically you can get a wide enough variety of food to please multiple picky eaters with different qualms. Also the delivery people have all been really polite and respectful, which I take note of. My food has yet to arrive cold or poorly cooked and I order here about once a month.

If you want the best pizza in town, here it is. They have many other wonderful delicious foods as well, they make a great gyro, awesome salads that would feed an elephant, pasta dishes that are too good to even describe and for the chocolate lovers, watch out, they got a slice of chocolate cake that is to die for. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for here. Plus they deliver so stay at home, enjoy the feast and remember to use the coupons..

What I like about Bella Luna is that they deliver way out of the way. Theyre unafraid of the weather, too. The foods pretty good (not the greatest, but still pretty flavorful), and the portions are huge. It is a little spendy for the area, but their delivery range and speed of delivery is worth it. Soups are unimpressive, meatballs are awesome, and all their pastas have been cooked perfectly.

Ordered the same BBQ Sandwich with a can of Mountain Dew to my work every week for a long time. Never had a problem until I talked to some weirdo on 2/26/15 at 10:30am who I had never spoke with before that informed me that my order only totaled $11.23 and that it was short of the $12 minimum. Guess the $7.00 tips for delivery I was dishing out were not appreciated. I wont be ordering again.

I am incredibly sad to have found this amazing place just as i am moving out of the area. Delivery was prompt, the crust crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. A boring cheese pizza was abaolutely amazing in flavor and perfectly greasy. Tastes like real food, something you would cook at home. I will definitely be traveling back to this place no matter what the distance is!

great tasting pizza, no doubt. But over charged me, even after i questioned it. My thin crust was not thin. The extra sauce was extra charge but still not enough sauce. X large thin crust 2 topping pizza should not cost $26!!!And this is after a $3 off coupon! if they are going to charge like pagliacci they should at least follow their customer service model

Generous Amount of ingredients on both their Pizza and Sandwiches. Delivery always arrives hot and fresh. Hands down great tasting food, fresh stringy mozzarella loaded with flavor. Do yourself a favor and stop reading anymore reviews and just order something yummy sounding. I dont need to say another word, the food will speak for itself.

My favorite pizza in Burien. Heaviest pizzas, fully loaded with cheese and toppings. Uses enormous whole roasted garlic cloves upon request. All real ingredients. Pasta dishes are fantastic. The gorgonzola gnocchi is a must-try. Want to try everything on the menu but keep getting stuck on my favorites. De-licious!
