This place is absolutely disgusting and I do not recommend eating at this establishment. First of all, there ingredients. In the refrigerator they store non sealed boxes of mushrooms and green peppers on the ground in the walk in. Also on the makeline, they seldom to hardly ever change the containers the toppings sit in, they will just continuously refill a same container. At night they leave topping on the make line with out a seal tight lid that causes insects to be able to crawl into the make likes food area.(A spider has been found in the mushrooms on more than 1 occasion) Second, there sanitary process for anything is not adequate nor meet health code guide lines. When washing dishes the sanitation sink only receives bleach about 50% of the time. So thats 50% of dishes not getting properly cleaned. The dish soap in the sinks are hardly ever changed until the water turns tainted of whatever color the food has been and there are chunks floating in the hardly soapy water. As for utensils such as pizza cutters, ect. Every one likes there butter sauce right? Well they literally NEVER wash the brush that is used to paint the garlic on your bread sticks, pizza roles, ect. They dont switch out the pizza cutters every 2 hours like heath code requires. Also to go with the fact that they dont use bleach 50% of the time a lot of the utensils used to prepare your food arent preoperly cleaned. That goes with all equipment. Knifes, cutting boards, cups, forks, you name it. And I wanted to save this for last for this paragraph. You will love to here that they only sanitize their food prep and assembly area with just water more often than not. Not sanatizer, not bleach, just water. Lastly, the little things. The soda machine on the other side seldomly gets cleaned so countless of times has there been ants crawling on the novel of the soda dispensar. They dont clean or even sweep under the kitched equipment. I could go on and on but Ill leave the decision making up to you. Know the truth.

The pizza itself was very good though a little on the expensive side. The salad could use some improvement but overall the customer service needs the most work. Ordered about 3-4 times and the person on the phone was always rude and sounded annoyed and the one time we had it delivered the driver complained about being out in the cold. Even though the pizza is good, I wont be ordering from them again, I would hate to inconvenience them by placing an order. The employees need to learn to treat their customers with some respect. What a shame.

The old man delivery driver that drives a blue Ford escape stole my money. The bill was 33 dollars I gave him a 7 dollar tip with a 100 dollar bill he did not have change. He told me he would bring me my 60 dollars right away.I actually had to call the police to get my money back. I will never ever ever order food from this place. I probably wont get my 60 dollars. Dont order food from here unless you want delivery drivers to steal your money. Suprisingly I got my money back.

I should call this crack pizza its so addictive I love it . The location is clean and good hard working people in their . Fresh toppings and good tasting pizza . Thanks to Joseph for being so professional and smart with his menu and seggestions. People make sure yall leave them good tip they deserve it . I enjoyed every bite . Never enjoyed it like this at any other pizza shop here in Washington . Haram pizza is bomb

My husband & I ate lunch here yesterday. We ordered the gourmet veggie pizza and it was pretty good. The dining area was not clean though. My husband had a chat with one of the employees who told him that most of their business came from deliveries, they hardly ever had people dine in. That aside, the pizza was delicious and we would consider ordering pizza instead of dining in.

Just like back home in Buffalo, NY!! Moved to WA in 97. Found Pizza Pizazz in 01 and we moved to Fed Way just to be near the store!! This is the pizza other places only WISH they could make! Weve never done delivery, always take out (here and Lakewood) Totally worth the money and the drive. Try the cheese bread and youll be a convert too!!

Ive been getting pizza here for the past 10 years, and its simply the best pizza around. toppings are quality, crust is DElishious, great service, quick delivery, bread sticks and pizza bites are heavenly. and if you go there for pick up, the kids love to watch them make pizza through the window. I wish they would open a shop in Auburn!

I dont know if they changed something or we got a few good orders but Im really disappointed. Bread sticks are basically a crisp thin shell filled with air, cheese pizza tasted really off and the ranch... the ranch cup was less than half full and super runny. To many other places for mediocre/ sub-par pizza.

Ive lived in Federal Way for 21 years and eaten lots of pizza. I stumbled on to your parlor a couple of nights ago. and your pizza is the best Ive tasted any place. Good product. Generous with your sauces, dressings and toppings. Everything is the "TOPS" and ELP stands for El Primo.

Excellent pizza, the crust was crisp and the toppings plentiful. Pizza rolls and bread sticks had good flavor but the marinara a bit ordinary. Atmosphere is interesting with posters of old bands on the walls. Will come back to try something else from the menu.

A great local pizza joint, seem like proud members of the community, theyve been around just shy of 20 years. Pizza made with care - fresh delicious ingredients! Would recommend this place to everyone for yummy pizza and salads with an eclectic atmosphere.

Last time Im going there.. Gone there quite a few times but last time while waiting I was disgusted by the amount of ants crawling on the wall in the eating room. a SOLID line I followed that went into the kitchen. I cancelled my food, and left.

One week I can get just a sandwich or 6 pizza rolls for delivery, the next week I cant. To top it off the guy cut me off while I was speaking to him. The inconsistent customer service isnt worth the food anymore. Thoroughly disappointing.

Great pizza! My husband and I tried the pizza rolls and chicken as well. Everything was really good. Delivery was much faster than estimated. We really loved the food and the fast service!
