What a disappointment - on at least 3 occasions. Im reading good reviews but the place is really different since the owner changed. The reason the del sol coffee is so great has nothing to do with positive vibrations from distracted smartass 20 year olds or a hip environment. The del. sol is the best tasting coffee ever. The deal is: coffee is not supplied,to buy, on a regular basis, when out of sealed bags u get ripped off because the correct coffee and correct amount arent given, any questions for the owner-- he is not there, they cant call him and-for real- hes "in the mountains" Juan Valdez perhaps?? After several coffees not made right and not tasting right, I tell the girls this and ask for a replacement. The answer from both girls is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The girls were rude, would not call the owner- that we have met, and gave the answer Im not authorized, & why didnt u bring it back- not understanding we dont live in Seattle or anywhere near it. This cautionary comment comes from a 6+ year patron. Just wait for this if u buy bagged coffee, receive the wrong coffee drink and say something, or request the correct coffee drink be made since the last three were poured out on the way to UW. Coffee shops must provide excellent customer service- otherwise what is the point of being employed where customer service is all u should focus on. I found a place for this coffee- new in a food store. No mistakes No hassle No attitude.

Went to get coffee 7-23-17 about 8:40.we got our coffee with no problems but before the one and only barista started our drinks I see her texting on her cell phone .It wouldnt have been so bad but there were about 8 people waiting in line and some of them I saw running for their cars as the ferry was starting to load later.Barista had black very short hair with a touch of pink in the front. Not sure how the management feels about cell phone use but I dont think this looks good or is a good practice.

Cute and cozy little coffee shop right at the Edmonds ferry. Free parking behind the building, wifi if you ask for the password, and really sweet and friendly employees. When I mentioned we were new to the area and trying out a new coffee shop each week, they immediately told me about their loyalty program (buy 9 coffee drinks and get one free) and got me set up. Iced firecracker mocha was great, as was the matcha latte sweetened with vanilla. Definitely a place to come back to.

Really dig this place. Its certainly more flavorful than the corporate placed, the coffee is mellow and full flavor, without tasting too much acid. The price is a little more, and it can take an extra minute or two of waiting to get the coffee, but thats the trade off for the quality. On the plus side, the service is always great, and its obvious the people working here enjoy it.

Awesome coffee shop. I enjoyed the vegan options they have here, I found a vegan and gluten free chocolate chip cookie made locally here in Lynnwood, Also had their matcha latte with almond milk which was also delicious. Friendly baristas make it a welcoming place for everyone.

Sharon is an excellent barista and the reason we keep coming back to Waterfront Coffee Co. She makes the best cup of joe, and is incredible at remembering peoples names and special orders. No wonder all the other coffee shops keep trying to steal her!

After missing my ferry, this warm little café lightened my mood. The cappuccino I ordered was well-made and I was very pleased with the customer service. Keep this spot in mind while using the Edmonds ferry terminal--you wont be disappointed.

Coffee is great. One downside is the staff. They did not deliver the order accurately and put that blame on customers which I found quite disrespectful and rude. Customer service is the one they definitely need to improve.

Small, cozy shop on your way to the beach. A few places to sit inside and out - - but its a small space. Really friendly staff, quick to serve, and a big variety of coffee drinks.

The perfect stop in between trains, busses or ferries. Coffee was brewed *perfectly* up there with Ugly Mug and The Met in Seattle. Service was cheerful and quick.

Just what I needed before getting on the ferry. Great tasty coffee. And I am a coffee snob. Friendly people and clean shop. Looking forward to my next cup there.

Friendly barista, wifi access, with great access to the beach! Have a latte watch the ferries come and go with a backdrop of the Olympics Peninsula.
