Comparatively new to the Seattle area, I struggle to wrap my head around the notion of something like 4 gazillion coffee shops... everywhere. How does one place differ itself from its many, many competitors? Cafe Louvre has it figured out. Excellent coffee, yummy food items, very comfortable seating, and a roaring fireplace - check, check, check, and check - but it is their exemplary customer service that deserves to be called out: always helpful, always ready to go the extra step, and always smiling. Heck, the owner even thanks her customers/reviewers on this page! Thanks to a MeetUp gathering, I now know about Cafe Louvre. I will return, often. See you soon.

I hesitate to write this because its one of the few coffee places left in Edmonds where you can actually have a decent conversation and minimal background noise. That is what initially attracted it to me. Now that I have been there nearly a half dozen times in the last 45 days I can share that the service and menu offerings are excellent. For me, the service is just fine. Its the atmosphere that Im drawn to.

Always enjoy time spent here. My aunt lives in Edmonds and Im a ferry ride away on the Kitsap Peninsula; I visit often and this is her favorite coffee place. Were never disappointed with the coffee or the pastries, and its always entertaining to talk to the other patrons - regulars or first-timers. Also lots of fun seeing all the dogs who are paraded past by their owners.

Cafe Louvre is such a wonderful place to relax with a well crafted beverage and a snack. I love meeting friends and colleagues there because I always feel welcome and there is always a place to sit and enjoy. Fantastic local artists are always featured on the walls and theres something to read on the coffee table by the fire. I highly recommend Cafe Louvre!

Everyone on staff always courteous, friendly and helpful. Love the revolving art exhibits. Great atmosphere to sit and sketch or visit with friends. Every thing I have tried from menu is yummy, esp veggie sandwiches and wraps. Great coffee and teas. Highly recommend for quick bite and beverage or to hang out for a while.

Fantastic. Great inexpensive food like Caesar salads and panini pressed ham and cheese croissants. Haifa, the owner is warm and kind. Beverages are good. Clean bathrooms, outdoor seating with a water bowl for a dog. Centrally located for going to the Saturday farmers market or the shops downtown.

Good place with a great location and classy looking. Food was in good portions compated the price. Service was good but could improve. All waitors seemed so busy and stressed running around. When we arrived we were welcomed very rudly by the manager, she was not nice to anyone that we saw.
