Man serving at the restaurant was rude. Told me to move tables because he didnt like me sitting where a family could sit. Other tables for 4 were available. I had a service dog so I needed the extra room under the table and he didnt want to accommodate me. He didnt want to explain the menu to me either as I had never eaten there before. He clearly wanted me out of the restaurant. Very discriminatory attitude, very poor service. I ended up walking out without ordering and went to eat elsewhere where I felt welcome. I will never return.

So we were on our way back from Point Reyes and were looking for a quick and decent place to eat. This place caught our attention and we decided to try it out. It was splendid. I felt like the Daal was right out of a dhaba in New Delhi and the chicken was cooked in nice thick gravy. The food was finger licking yummy. They also serve chai in cute china cups. A total delight for two hungry desis after a day in the wilderness.

So tasty! Had the veggie pakoras and the sauces were exceptional. For my entree I chose the coconut veggie curry and it was full of veggies and fresh coconut. Hubby had he Chicken Tikki Masala and he licked the bowl (literally). The show stopper was the GF pesto nan. I am celiac and cannot remember the last time I was able to eat nan... nonetheless it was fabulous!

Very solid North Indian food place. They have all the common foods and they use very good ingredients. Mostly do take out in the winter, but in the summer try have a really great back patio for eating in. I ate there for years before finding the patio. Dont miss it.

Very consistent, excellent quality, and as authentic as your gonna find in California. This is all delivered in a very small casual spot right down town. If you like Indian dont miss this jewel.

My first time having Indian food. Great tasting food, except for the plain brown rice. Friendly and helpful staff. Authentic atmosphere.
