The place is pricey, Compared to southcenter and other locations. Dont come here if you want a milkshake because they dont know how to make them. I had ordered a mint chocolate shake and asked if they can make the shake "thick" because it always turns out like water if you dont tell them how to make it, and the Asian worker with glasses, he looked like in his teens or 20s didnt want to make it in my preference and told me "its gonna be the same regardless" well sorry the shakes come out watery I just asked him to make it thick.

The workers were nice and polite. The only thing that made me upset was that i ordered a mint chocolate milk shake and i love whip cream on. But i guess they charge for adding whip cream and i had already paid for my milk shake. So i was going to pay .78 cents for whip cream and they wanted to charge me .50 cents more for using my debit card and sadly i didnt have cash on me and the guy could of been nicer if he would of just put whip cream that was only .78 cents!

They can scoop ice cream for cones but they for some reason cant make a Snickers sundae without ripping you off and giving you a cup of syrup. We asked them to make a new one because it was a ridiculous amount of syrup for the one scoop of ice cream they put under it when its supposed to have 3 scoops and they said no. So dont order a Snickers sundae unless you want a gooey cup of caramel and whipped cream

I went here on Nov. 21, 2015 with my kids. I have gone to all Baskin Robbins never have had an issue before until now. It looks like it was the owner (Chinese )(Asian)( Japanese ) one of those who knows thats was working there. Was rude grouchy . Nasty person she was. Will never come here again!
