Mediocre- place needs updating, starting with the staff, on may 31st they did 1.31 for scoops, she wouldnt let me sample anything because the scoops were discounted? She was also rude to be over the phone when I inquired about the 1.31 scoops.. they cant handle a rush either, none of their waffle cones were prepared.. Im not impressed with this location.. been there a few times but after this incident I will not return.

Employee helping me was great, but he told me that the manager dose not order hot fudge anymore, that was the reason i came to baskin-robbins to get hot fudge sundaes. how can you sale a banana split without hot fudge! that is ridiculous, hot fudge is a must for a ice cream shop especially a name branded shop like baskin-robbins! please bring back hot fudge, till then i will not return!

Needed to get a ice cream pizza for a birthday and when I called the week before I was told repeatedly that I didnt need to put in an order and I just needed to walk in and pick one up. Lo and behold, when I arrive day of the party, they are sold out and wont have any more. Hate being lied to like this.

The guy working there was nice and he helped us out with ¢40 because we were short. He was really fast and positive I loved it. although the building was a little warmer than room temp.

I always go to this Baskin Robbins to get a quart of daiquiri ice. Its my favorite flavor. They are never that busy and are usually pretty friendly.
