This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went in to pick up my pizza which was $11.82. I asked Ryan who took my order for double bacon but when I checked my pizza, there was only a few bits on it. I asked Hailey who happened to be the manager on duty if she could add more bacon, she took the pizza and placed it back in the bag without adding any. when I checked the pizza for the second time, it looked the same and she kept convincing me that there is extra bacon. I agreed to get the pizza and decided to pay for it with a $100 bill which was the only thing I had besides a $10 bill. Hailey told me she wouldn’t accept it because they didn’t have any change. She told me to go and get change from somewhere else if I want the pizza. Her excuse was that they don’t keep a lot of cash in the register after 8 PM but it was only 7:30 PM at the time. I told her that I will not go around asking to break a $100 bill. I dont think it should be the customers responsibility to go around looking for change because a business doesnt have change for $100. when I asked if she would take $10 instead which was a $1 less than the total. She refused and said that she won’t give me the pizza. What kind of a manager would waste the whole pizza instead of just taking a $1 loss. I spoke to Hannah (store manager) over the phone and she told me it’s their policy that they don’t accept $100 bill after 8 PM. How is it the customers fault if they are not notified about that ahead of time. There’s no sign anywhere in or outside the store that they don’t accept $100 bills. One of the drivers told Hailey that he had change but she told him not to worry about it. . When I said, you can keep the damn pizza, her reply was WHATEVER you “T”. Should I call it Racism since I’m Indian and had a beanie on. Either “T” means Terrorist or Turban. Not sure what to think of that. While I was outside the store on the phone with pizza hut customer service (William) filing a complaint, she brought one of her male co-workers and told me to leave because she didn’t feel safe and said I was cursing up the storm which I did not. The only bad word I used was “Damn” when I told her to keep the damn pizza. She was being rude the whole time and did not portray any customer service quality. I will also email my story to the local news. Hope I get a response.

This Pizza Hut does a great job. They do what they can. On a normal paced night, the orders will arrive on time, and the food is great. Its kind of annoying to see all these bad reviews on the place. Do people understand that this is the ONLY Pizza Hut that serves pretty much the entire Vacaville area? With that being said, most nights it will be fine. But every now and then, everyone and their mother wants to order pizza from Pizza Hut at the same time. There is only so many pizzas that can go through the oven at a time, and there are only 1 to 2 Cooks making the pizza, 2 at the most. For people who dont understand anything about business, there is a projected sales for each day of the week. The crew is scheduled based on those projections. So if it is a Tuesday night, and the projected sales are lower, there will only be 1-2 drivers, one cook. and one manager. If everyone begins to order Pizza, they can only do so much. Most people who complain about their pizza being a few minutes late, have never worked in the business. I have worked for this company, and know what its like. I am glad I have experience in working in fast food. It taught me compassion for all those businesses. The workers do not get paid much, and sometimes have bad days, so sometimes mistakes are made. It is life. You can learn a lot about someones character by seeing how they react over a somewhat poor experience, such as having to wait a little bit longer for their food. Anyhow, I could go on and on about that. This restaurant does a great job. Yes, mistakes happen, and sometimes there are bad nights, but overall this is a great location to get a nice pie and wings.

We generally like pizza. On more than one occasion they have messed up our order. The first time we didnt receive the bread sticks we ordered and when I called they said the would deliver them. It took about 25 minutes and they were burned. I didnt call back to complain. Tonight my husband ordered the food before I got home from work. When the food was delivered my husband realizes they sent the wrong breadsticks, he wanted me to call so I did and the employee put Hayley, the manager, on the phone. I told her the situation and she said they would send out the right one and I needed to give back the wrong ones. Told her about the previous time and that it took forever to get them. I asked her to comp me something for the inconvenience and she stumbled and didnt know what to give me. I asked for a brownie. She managed to give me that and it took another half hour... I am a manager in retail and when we mess up I do what I can to make it up to the customer. I didnt get that from Hayley.

called into store to let them know that i have not received my order online statement showed that my order was to arrive at 1:40 pm. i called in at 2:20pm. Rep Haley said that she was a manager and tried to handle the situation and said she has no order placed at 1:10pm but handed the phone over to Hannah because she was asking me for a ticket number that doesnt exist on an online order. while speaking with hannah she said that she personally called the phone number that was on the order and confirmed the phone number with the person who answered the phone. i asked her to call the phone number again to show her mistake that she is unable to dial a phone number correctly. when she said that there is nothing that she can do for me she hung up on me. i called back to get names and information to contact higher management to complain which she refused to give me. she stated that she will be blocking my account from ordering any pizza in the future. Im pretty sure im done with pizza hut.

pretty garbage tier pizza. ive given this place multiple chances. First experience we had spinich on the pizza and we counted a total of 6 leafs on a large pizza, and other toppings were sparse. i ordered pizza today and they did a good job on toppings but the pizza dough itself was freaking raw underneath the toppings( we had 3-4 toppings) and the pizza itself was cold even though i came precisely on time to pick it up. i had to come home and stick it in the oven for 10 minutes until it was a proper brown. aint no body like cold, soggy pizza man. step it up pizza hut vacaville. never returning here.
