Easily the worst service at a Panera Bread or any restaurant that Ive ever been to that this review doesnt even deserve one star. Every time Ive been to this location they are consistently out of food and it is dirtiest restaurant Ive ever been to. At 3 oclock in the afternoon, they were out of macaroni AND flatbread, even though half of their sandwiches are flatbread sandwiches. My friend paid $12 for a sandwhich that came with a pickle and the pickle that she received was 2 in long and was shriveled up with only the skin. When we asked for a new pickle, they said this was the biggest pickle they had. When the rest of our party received our food 15 minutes later, the order was completely wrong. Not only was it not what we ordered, but the two tortilla soups that they brought us were made completely different and didnt even look like the same meal. One looked like siracha soup and one looked like chicken noodle. Instead of offering our money back for the poor service and all of the mixups, we were offered a $0.99 pastry, that we declined. Usually with such poor service, you would expect the manager to come out and apologize, or atleast be offered a refund after paying $40 for your meal and not one thing being right. To be honest, the longer we stayed, the worse it got and we will no be returning.

I ordered their French onion soup. The food runner brought it over and said nothing like "enjoy" or anything in response to my "thank you." I didnt mind that much cause I knew they were busy. As soon as I tasted the soup, it was cold. So, I took it to the kitchen area and told them the soup was cold. Same food-runner guy rolled his eyes and ordered me in a rude way to throw it away and that he would get me another one. I asked him: "do you want ME to throw it away?" There was no apology for the soup being cold and then he brought a new soup and again uttered nothing. How rude is that? what kind of customer service is this? I had worked in the restaurant business for many years and that interaction was one the worst I had seen. Where is the management? I noticed that same guy runs around and just puts the food on customers tables with a bad attitude. Isnt the management supposed to notice this behavior and correct it? I am being generous with my two stars.

Very dissapointed.....I paid a dollar more for a big bowl and they brought me a to-go bowl.... I understand must dos when it comes to the restaurant industry.. Ive done the work....but theres a lack of communication. If you didnt have any bowls, then I shouldnt of had to pay for it.Oh and my side of bread came to me presented as torn off the loaf, not my husbands though...I wont be back...The food is good though, it usually always is, you just have careless people and thats a big deal to a lot of people, lack of presentation and costumer service....Just very dissapointed because this use to be my favorite Panera spot...

Everything was wrong with the orders. We got a caffe latte instead of a mocha, something was sour (the almond milk probably) in the pumpkin spice latte. And the sandwhich never came. When I went to check on it 15 mins later they gave me a togo bag with someone elses name on it. I said that was someone elses order and watched them take the sandwhich out of the togo bag and put it on a plate and hand it to me. By that time it was cold anyways

Worst sandwich I have ever seen. I didnt even bite into it. And...arent paninis supposed to be TOASTED? the onions were so potent my eyes are still burning. Im beyond pissed. Not to mention they put the new guy up front who obviously didnt know what he was doing who messed up the order before mine. Im livid and my head hurts from those smelly red onions. What a joke.

A sandwich paradise! From fresh bread to soup you can find the perfect sandwich for you palate. My favorite sandwich goes to the Chipotle chicken sandwich (chipotle sauce, smoked cheddar, bacon, chicken, and a fresh tomato). Soup wise the chili and the chicken with wild rice is a huge hit.

Tried the steak and cheese panini but the amount of spicy mustard on it overpowered the whole sandwich. Ill be keeping it simple in future orders. Service was nice though and plenty of seating to get some work done or relax while having your coffee/food.

Only had one hiccup with an order out of 3 years going to this location. I prefer this location than the Landing in Renton. This one is cleaner, yes busier but worth it. Young staff is friendlier and appear to follow safe food handling.

It would have been good but the manager fed me coffee grounds instead of brownies as a joke, kept coming over where I was sitting and gave off a generally creepy vibe. Would not reccomend you bring small children around this man.
