Westside Pizza makes good tasting pizza and that is it. We went there and ordered a pizza and they said it would take 30 minutes. While we were ordering my sister in law grabbed us a table so we would have a place to sit. The Table was greasy as well as the chairs. She cleaned it all up herself. You pay at the beginning and thats when they expect you to tip. When I paid, I asked if we could leave a tip on the table. I like to see how the service will be before I tip. They said that was fine. We went and sat down and then waited.... 30 minutes went by.... we kept waiting. Then after an hour our pizza finally came. It was good. Apparently you have to grab your own plates and silverware. Some of the waiters brought it out to their tables. Our waiter did not. We asked him if we could have some ranch he didnt answer us and then came back with 1 ranch cup for a group of 4. I went up and asked for more. They cost 50 cents. Ridiculous. We bought them anyways. Then we were never helped or talked to again. Long wait for pizza, terrible customer service, and good pizza. Not worth it.

I went to this pizza place during a slow summer morning where we came in to order a medium pizza and some bread sticks. The lousy emotionless cashier took my money. And we had a seat and waited for our order. While we were waiting I noticed a table over me had a half eaten pizza and some plates of a previous customer before us. Which we were only there for a couple minutes. We figured they would get it eventually. While we waited I went into the bathroom where the toilet was full.of toilet paper and obviously clogged. At this point it was already a bad experience. 20 minutes we recieved our pizza which surprising was really good. We got our pizza on time and by the time we were done we still never received our bread sticks. 10 minutes later we got our bread sticks. And had to take them to go since we were full off our pizza. In the mean time i.noticed two of the workers folding boxes while those dirty plates and half eaten pizza a table over from me was still there.

I went to Westside and I can stand the bad customer service since thats the norm in there. But this time took the cake and I will NOT be going back. I walked in and was looked at by one of the workers (whom Ive known at a distance almost my whole life) and then ignored while he flirted/talked whatever to the rest of the girls in there until finally a different worker came to help me. I ordered a salad as part of my meal and didnt realize until I got home that I had been given black, moldy lettuce! Yeah, gross! I went back, got my money back, was barely given an apology then given a new salad that was barely half the size of the first moldy one. Definitely lost me as a customer for good this time! This place is shaming Chelan with its poor customer service, especially when the kids that work there are part of the local community, why would you put yourselves up for ridicule like that?!

Great classic pizza joint, of youre looking for a soild good pie without any of stupid hippy artisan stuff this is your place. Ive tried all of the pizza places in town and this is the best for the comfort that comes with ordering up a pizza, great taste, fast service most nights and a good group of kids behind the counter, Ive only had one bad experience here and that was the fault of a single stupid employee, I came back a few weeks later and he was gone, so managers are obviously doing thier jobs and havent had a poor experience since. Just to recap:great classic pizzas, great staff (now,lol) and overall great place to grab a bite and enjoy downtown

The pizza was good, but the service wasnt great. One employee in particular actually. We walked in, they saw us, proceeded to ignore us and continue putting ice in the soda machine for a few minutes before coming to take our order. When our pizza came we noticed it was full of olives (which we asked for it without because we all hate olives). We took the pizza back to the front and the server argued with us saying he needed to see our receipt before he could consider remaking it. Of course the "no olives" wasnt on the receipt, he didnt put it in the computer! Finally another employee stepped in and fixed the problem without hesitation or any issues.

Absolutely terrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Its ridiculously slow. We called in for two pizzas and they said it would take 20 mins. We showed up 25 minutes later only for them to ignore us. Finally I got someones attention and then was told it would just be a few more minutes. After waiting for half an hour I finally go back up to the front and asked how much longer it would be and apparently they were done already and was just sitting there getting cold. The staff was lazy and had no communication between themselves. This is a poorly run establishment.

Apparently no one taught the employees here how to tell time or basic customer service skills. Ive ordered from them multiple times, and theyve been rude and its taken longer than they told me every single time. My advice is to take the time they give you and and add at least 15 minutes, but most likely more. Everybody here must be sleeping with the manager because they should have been fired. To be fair, there are a couple kids working here who seem to actually be trying but for the most part they all suck, and its not worth the hassle.

We waited 50 minutes for two pizzas that we never recieved. We had to ask for a refund because there was like 10 employees working in the kitchen and yet they couldnt manage to make two pizzas. When we came in we had to clean our own table because there was mess, and at the end they just laughed at us for complaining about the wait. Horrible service amd dont recommend. Try the taco truck 2 blocks away!! 20 of us got served in 15 minutes. Never returning again.

This place was just okay. I waited for about 30 minutes to eat a Pizza inside the restaurant. Also, It took almost as long for a staff member to attend to all the tables, which, frankly were filthy. I wasnt sure where I should sit as there was garbage everywhere. It really felt like most of the attention was being paid to the delivery aspect of the business and not the inside service.

Pizza was decent but the service was absolutely atrocious. When we arrived, every table that was not occupied (all but 2) were covered in dirty dishes and food. We had to ask for a table to be cleared for us. We then waited for our food for about 50 mins (a side salad came 35 mins into the wait). The worker that brought us our pizza didnt say a single word and clearly had an attitude.

Do not waste your money here. The pizza is doughy, super greasy, and absurdly overpriced; the hot wings were store bought and very small. The staff is careless and we had to bus our own table. The layout is odd, with a maze-like path and a stuffy atmosphere. Overall our experience was sub-par and I would recommend staying away from this restaurant.
