I have eaten at local myth for years, since they first opened. I have always enjoyed their food and service. I was trying to eat their over a busy festival weekend when i was rudely asked what i wanted before i had even been given a menu. I was then offered to go into the back room several times, tho i didnt want to. I then ordered breadstix and was waiting to order drinks when I was never served again, until about 20 minutes later when my cold, stale, absolutely awful breadsticks came. I have never seen a bread stick like it before, it was so hard, it was inedible for me and my two young children and when i stated to the cashier that it was stale, i was rudely told that was impossible! okay.... I paid &.50 for inedible food and will never go back again due to their rude nature and bad service and ridiculous prices.... No thank you

Love, love, love! We dont have any other pizza places in town that even begin to compare to Local Myth! Plus my daughter has celiac disease so the fact that they have an amazing gluten free pizza is, well, just that...AMAZING! So yummy and worth it, we frequent Local Myth at least once a month, most of the time more! My favorite is the new Firecracker, its perfectly hot and awesome! My daughter favors their gluten free pepperoni, also awesome!

Tonight was my second dinner of many to come and it was great. The pizza was phenomenal and I really like the fun environment. I especially like that the owner allowed his business to be used as a fund raiser for the local high school and he spent his personal time helping the fund raiser to make it successful. Thank you Local Myth for a wonderful dinner and your generosity to our community!

This place is a winner. We discovered it a few months ago and now look forward to eating there when we are in Chelan. On a recent visit we shared a Greek salad and Creamy Chicken pizza. Both dishes were delicious washed down with draft beer. We have had some disappointments meals in Chelan, but not here. Try it. Youll be glad you did.

We were seated and waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order/bring us water. We had to ask twice for someone to take our order. Id attribute this to them being busy, but there were a few employees that werent doing much. Our waitress seemed annoyed to be helping us. Super bummed, and very disappointed.

Chelan is a wonderful place, but the chicken pizza with creamy leek sauce is what makes it my favorite destination in Washington. I fly a small airplane and will fly to Chelan just for pizza. Its that good. And the staff are wonderful! and if you can stay a while they also have great beers and local wines!

Wow! Three letter word that describes not only the style if the room, but the presentation of their food! A pizza place thats truly mastered their sauce and doesnt just dump too much cheese on it hoping itll come out tasty! The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is because I couldnt eat any more!

Not sure if I am snob or just want good pizza. Here is deal. Local myth makes pie with whole wheat doe that is not good, if on diet OK, but if I want the pizza why try to have healthy choose. Give me the Neapolitan style pizza that is with fresh mozzarella, not healthy crust with poor cheese.

Best Pizza Ive tasted on either side of the mountains, but it is a bit pricey....and worth it. there is not much seating, so it has a cramped indoor seating, but in the summer its not bad with some outdoor seating. This is one place you HAVE to eat at when in Chelan!

I went to this place like 12 years ago as a child but I still dream of the Shrimpster Pizza on a regular basis. My only complaint is that I live 6 hours away from this restaurant. We are star-crossed lovers. Local Myth is the one that got away.

Wilted lettuce in $9.50 Greek salad. Edges of pizza crust were burnt. Flies everywhere due to door being open for ventilation. Felt sorry for the overworked A/C unit. Very little sauce but, other than that, it did taste good.

Very good pizza in Chelan--especially if you like thin crust and baked while you watch. Fresh ingredients and really cool atmosphere, which you pay for--a little more expensive than I was expecting, but still reasonable.
