Horrible service by front desk guys, who are rude and no respect to customers, they dont know anything about what is in their menu. I got an argue with one of the guy because I want to order something which was not there, and he was like "is it on the menu", then I had to order something else, after 5 mins he put item in the menu. WTF..he should atleast told me the item am trying order should be ready in 5 mins, so I can order what I like. When I went their to cancel my order to order the item I like, he said they cant cancel the order because its already packed and he was giving an explanation, that he dont know the item going to be there in the menu after 5 mins. I was put on wait for 15 mins even though my order was already packed and all the people who order after me are already took their packages and left. Finally I got my order and after I ate it at home, my stomach got upset. I am sure they put something in the food which made me sick...beware of front desk guys..they could kill me...luckily am not too sick so i didnt compliant to police...I used to like curry point before when are in the beginning stages, now everything is become commercial. I dont recommend to go to this restaurant anymore.

I havent sampled all the menu but these folks do simple food really well. Especially Rasam, bonus points for the thali which is a huge meal under 10$. The music is always too loud with some loud random Hindi songs from the 2000. I dont get it, no one has ever mistaken this restaurant for a polish bakery and nor do Americans really enjoy loud Bollywood music while attempting to have a quiet meal. Everyone has YouTube you guys so I hope indian restaurants will stop this trend of blasting music while people dine at their premises.

The food is very good but not as much transparency as Id like. I wasnt in the mood to cook tonight and my toddler loves Indian food. There werent any descriptions of the food so I asked the cashier what she would recommend for a small child... she answered with a blank stare. I asked what the veg korma was and the response was cauliflower (didnt mention spicy or that it was in a crepe) no rice included. Long story short, I have a sobbing toddler. Food is great but the customer service is seriously lacking.

Sreedevi greets customers with a genuine smile that makes you feel like a guest in her kitchen. As an indecisive eater, youll be able to give her a few basic palate preferences and be on your way with a personalized meal by the time you refill your water bottle. The food was tender, spicy (even by my standards, and Im probably a dragon), and served in containers marked as environmentally conscientious. Thank you, Sreedevi!

Very Good Curry Point !! The food was absolutely delicious, i mean it. Ive been going to the curry point ever since my first week in Bellevue. They never compromised with the quality of the food and i loved it all the time and their service was good too. They have waited for me to pick up my order for more than 40 mins after the closing time. Keep it up :)

Its terrible outlet fleecing Indians. We bought Ammas Kitchen Hyderabd Mixture on 26 Aug 14. It was stale and unfit for consumption. And we bought it only because they would not accept credit card payment for less than $5 and we did not have cash! Highway robbery. We do not dare return it to them. They will not only take it back but insult us also

She was a bit rude and their customer service is poor. They made us wait for 10 min just to take order and i dont think that is because of people infront of us, they waste lot of time with single cutomer. After the wait, i asked for extra raitha she told she cannot give. I did not like their response. This is the last time i going here.

Amazingly well cooked classic Indian dishes but horrible horrible service. The store is shoved in a corner and hard to find so the place was dead and empty when I was there - it was so bad the employees kept leaving to hide in the kitchen. This is some of the best Indian food around, but be prepared for a complete lack of service.

I found the food here to be very tasty but lots of ghee !!! So be forewarned if youre counting calories ! Good portion sizes for the price paid. Raita was super yummy... so all in all, food is delicious and service is friendly but there isnt much of a dining room so come for the food, not for the atmosphere :) we will return again

The place has been moved a couple of stores to the right. The menu has been updated and has a lot of North Indian options available, rather I should say focus has changed from South Indian food to Indian food. I typically go here for the biriyani and it was good. The new place really looks good and has more seating options now

I love the fact that I live and get delivery on the border of Tacoma/fed way. But Damm over an hour and half 2 times for a delivery from ezells to my place, a distance of less the 10 miles is insane. Let alone when the blame is always put on the restaurant I often go to and receive my order in person within 10 mins.

Previously I gave four star rating but today after having chicken dum biryani to go order I felt I should revisit my ratings. The price of around 27.5$ for biryani will not meet your basic expectations. Ever since they opened the biryani palace next door the standards for to go orders went down considerably.

The picture of Chicken 65 from their website and what they actually give (a clump of burnt chicken thats mostly the coating thats given!) Ive repeatedly told them about it but they dont seem to get it! The briyani is good and that gets the two stars! Everything else is a hit or miss!

Good food but poor customer service. Used to give 8 oz quantity for price A. Couple of months back changed boxes and moved size to 6 oz for same price. We weighed each box at home and found each item was around 4 oz . Happened twice and we no longer go to them.

The best part about this place is their lunch/dinner box. Perfect for days when you cant cook and want to eat on a budget. I like their Andhra style dals, curries and chutneys, spicy and tasty. However, I feel the food is way too oily to be eaten often.

I went there following a friends recommendation for Hyderabadi Style Biryani. Found it to be really good. Far better than the other Biryanis which we get in Seattle. Its a take away place but you can sit and eat also. Its price was also good- $11.

Tried 3 curries today. Bhendi fry, mix veg and paneer butter masala None of them are eatable Found the 6-7 pieces of the top portion of okra Which shows how hygiene . Wont visit again, just a waste of money
