Dont. Just. Dont. A had a bacon cheeseburger $6.69, regular fries $2.99 and regular drink $2.19 for $12.88 all told with tax. The burger was small, expensive, and the guy who wrapped it smashed it. The cheese on the burger had to be the worst cheese Ive ever had in my life including soy cheese. The bacon on the burger was miniscule. The onions cut into 1/2 inch squares instead of thin sliced. The order of fries was pretty big but not crisp at all. Served in a brown paper bag with a paper cup for some inexplicable reason. I was one of eight customers in the place at 8 pm on a Saturday night and the service was still surly. The music was too loud and the patio tables where I retreated to try and escape the music were dirty. All eight or ten empty patio tables; dirty. I drove past five good taco joints and a pizza place because I wanted a burger and some clown posted a good review the rat. I will never, ever, set foot in a Five Guys burger place again.

Busy dirty dining room. I do not buy the french fries anymore because they are always soggy and limpy. Prices are a bit high compared to other better hamburger chains in the area and I think today will be my last visit to five guys. bacon cheeseburger (2 patties) and a small drink came to $11.00 and that is a bit steep. I can go to In n Out and get two double-doubles and a drink for $10 and they use fresh meat and cut their own potatoes too so nothing too special about five guys.

We ordered lunch yesterday and our burgers were drenched in grease. The burgers fell apart because they were soggy and wet with grease. My boyfriend took a few bites after soaking up some grease with a paper towel and instantly felt sick. Later last night he started vomiting and has food poisoning and is STILL sick today. $35 dollars for burgers, fries, and food poisoning. NOT IMPRESSED. We used to love Five Guys and now we will not be going back!

I have only been a few times since I like many other burgers better and if I want "fast burgers" I just go to In-N-Out because I like their business model much better. There is nothing wrong here, there just is nothing that sets them apart, or draws me in. Good food if you are there and dont want to drive down the street to other burger joints.

Delicious fresh cooked burgers with a good variety of fresh additions. Place is crazily efficient. The time from placing order to having your food is delightfully brief. The fries are so delicious theyre almost better than the burgers. Though, I tried the Cajun fries once and was disappointed. If only they sold milk shakes.

Great hamburgers and fries. Always made the way you like with generous portions and lots of friendly employees to get your orders out quickly. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is a nice option. You dont have to pay too much to enjoy a very heart meal and you almost never can finish everything.

Leaving a five star so this can be seen. Horrible environment and their ice machines are broken. Bought a large drink only to find they only had four drinks to choose from because they were out of 9 others. Food all over the floors and rags everywhere. Very unclean and uncomfortable. Food is lacking.

Great fries if you ask for them crispy along with excellent burgers. The guy running the place seems to really be on top of everything, although prices are a bit high even if the quality is far better than most fast food.

Pricey, greasy but damn worth it. I dont indulge in burgers often but when I do I choose 5 guys. They serve fancy burgers consistently. Also a great place to get a hotdog. Its rare to find a good hotdog in these parts

Burger was just ok wasnt great it wasnt hot & the cheese wasnt melted,I waited 11mins,& a guy who came in 5or 6mins after me got his order before me.I was not really impressed In&out & Habit do a much better job

What an awesome place! I was greeted by the manager when I walked in and everyone was so nice. The food was great. Very pleasant. I also love rock and roll so this is my kind of restaurant.
