Best biscuits and gravy in Portland come from Tik Tok Delis owners restaurant in same parking lot and at the 82nd and Powell location. Both restaurants have large portions and good value pricing and are open 24 hours. The "Deli" had a good small value menu, prepared in the Deli or you can order from the parent company restaurant across the parking lot and they will deliver to the deli. This place really exists to provide the owners with more gambling revenue from Oregon Lottery machines at place for their pool tables. Full bar and OR video lottery. Sandwiches, giant cookies, fries etc.
