If I could give zero starts I would! My husband and I went on a marriage retreat last month and went on a date night to your downtown Seattle location. My experience was terrible! During my visit we were not checked on at all. I ordered a mixed drink and was given a beer it then took 20 mins for me to get another drink. During our dinner all the servers were all sitting at a table talking and twerking! When my husband wanted another beer him and 3 other people from tables had to walk up to the bar and order drinks because the servers were not doing their job! I usually visit the Tacoma location and have excellent customer service. After I did a review on my experience in Seattle I was contacted about a free dinner. I appreciated the offer but we were no longer in Seattle and I do not want to return to that location ever again. I was the told they would give me a credit for the Tacoma location and never heard back. Its not about the free food I could careless but this is my husbands favorite place to eat but since our experience in Seattle we have choose to not eat in no more and just order to go.

I have a pretty terrible experience every time I go here. I get its all about wings, and TVs, and drinking yourself silly but they just dont execute on the basics. Service is always suuuuuuper slow, almost criminally so, and its not uncommon to spend two hours trying to get a meal here... and thats not during a peak period or major sporting event. The wings are okay, but everything else is downright off-putting. I tried to get a side salad (yes, salad at a wing joint) and specifically mentioned my carrot allergy. Not only was the lettuce visibly brown, but there were a ton of carrots hiding in the bottom on the bowl. They comped my meal, which was nice, but it doesnt make up for the consistently sub-par experiences I have.

5/15/17 A busy night probably explains the seemingly impatient front-desk staff, however, just because you are showing a UFC fight doesnt mean your patrons dont expect friendly service. We showed up right before the UFC 211 main event and were told there was no seating, but walked ourselves around to the bar and found an empty spot to order drinks. It happened to be the perfect moment because the fight was just beginning and only lasted a few moments before the 1st round victory was over. Miocic defended his heavyweight title while we enjoyed a couple of Pyramid beers from the tap ($16.52 total). Clifton was our server and he did a great job with conversation and checking in on us before bringing us our bill.

I have been to B-Dubs quite a few times and it has never been a bad experience. The staff have always been very courteous and helpful even to the point of changing what comes with a meal because of an allergy. Example: I am allergic to processed potatoes and therefore can not have fries, which is what is usually served with their lunch combo. So my waiter went and asked the "Capitan" (like a shift leader) to come over. He sat down with me and discussed the other options that they had. He then, after we discussed it, offered to change the side to mac n cheese and not charge me extra. They went the extra mile for me that day and I am very grateful. I recommend them to anyone who likes wings.

If I could take a star away , I would. Baebz and I just ordered take out for the first time and I almost cried. He doesnt like cold food and he refuses to eat cold meat so before we even noticed there was a box of wings missing , we decided not to call and complain and just microwave our food. This is our first date place and our paycheck date place not to mention the over priced drinks and to say the least there are only two cool waiters. The other ones are trash. I still held this place in a dear spot locked away my heart pocket and now that picket has blood stains. We even gave them a tip to ensure this was as bad as it seemed. Sad days dude. -dgeisha

Great social-food-type place, serving both drinks and a variety of great chicken-based foods. Also serves hamburgers, and salads for those more health-aware. The sauces they have (their most popular concept), are huge in number ranging from simply flavor in sauce form, to outrageous brain-melting spicy. The staff here, in the numerous times Ive come here, have ALWAYS been extremely friendly for being in such a hole-in-the-wall location hidden on the side of Westlake. This is definitely my goto when Im not sure what I want to eat, because they always end up taking care of me.

When we first walked in.. the host looked confused as to why we even walked in. I thought "well maybe hes new..." so I asked him if we could have a table for two. He points us in the direction of the waiting seating area. I noticed that the restaurant was empty... tons of tables available. But we waited.. he never came back and waitresses kept on walking back and forth. We also noticed someone else being seated after we had walked in. After about 10 minutes we left. Then the waitress and host standing around chatting at stand had the nerve to say "have a good day!"

Good wings and a ton of TVs the service was bad the night we went in and the place was pretty dead so that was a bummer. I tend to go on Sundays during the football season and service has always been really good and they work hard to make sure the game I want to see is on one of the many TVs they have. They loose a star due to the highly outrageous drink and good prices, they are in a prime location and people will still flood in if they charged what other locations did.

This place is awesome! Dont understand the 3.6 average. On Tuesdays at least, you can get multiple flavors per order, they have a good beer selection, you can taste test the sauces, and the wait staff were super attentive (for us anyway). Heaps of TVs playing different sports and a busy, upbeat vibe. Highly recommended! Probably the best wings place Ive been to. Wings are huge! Be careful placing a large order

Its a shame that every time I go here the service gets worse, because the dry rub wings are actually pretty good. I frequented this place for lunch during the summer, and hadnt been in a while because of the bad experiences I had with service. This place is always busy, but they cant seem to figure out how to staff it to keep up with demand. I gave it the last shot tonight, and I wont be back

This place is way too hyped for what it is. The portion sizes are tiny and the prices are crazy high. Beer selection is average (mostly Budweiser brands with some local brews mixed in). Gets way too crowded on Seahawks game days so you need to show up early to get a spot. Wings arent even that good, which defeats the whole purpose of coming here. If you want real wings, go to Wingdome.
