When we were seated our table of seven was put at two seperate tables which we then had to push together ourselves, which was strange. The drinks were terrible, a mojito that tasted like watered down rum and margaritas that we are almost positive had sprite in them (we even asked and had them make a new one without mix, still tasted like they added sprite...?). The majority of the food was ok, but the street tacos were literally inedible. The carnitas were so dry and rock hard they were like jerky and the salsa they served with it had absolutely no taste. Two stars because not all the food was terrible, and the servers really tried to fix the mistakes and were very nice. Maybe we ordered the wrong things, but unfortunately its enough to make us never want to go back.

My boyfriend and I come here quite often but are seriously considering stopping all together. Food is always pretty good but the service is horrible. Bar is always empty when we get there and takes up to 10 min most times before we see any employees come in to greet us. Then we dont get checked on for refills or even take our order for awhile after that. Can never find any employees at front desk either to help us out. I dont know if they all hide in kitchen or what but it has become a huge problem for us each time we come in. Sad to say this since we use to love coming here.

Nasty, tasteless food. I should have known to turn around when I noticed the flies. Towards the end of the meal (if thats what you can call it), I noticed the fly swatters around. The flies have been a problem for a while then. Wifey had arroz con pollo, her go-to order. She said it was by far the worst she had eaten. I got a combination plate. I dont even know how to describe it, except that I wouldnt feed it to my dog. Wont go back, cannot recommend, and I cant imagine that there are mexican folks cooking this crap and serving it. They should be embarrassed.

Ordered Fajitas for Two, Cheese Enchiladas, Queso, 18oz Margarita, and a Dos XX. Enchiladas were pretty normal/good. Not a lot of meat with the fajitas, nor enough gaucimole or sour cream for two. Margarita was good, so was the beer. Queso was lukewarm. No one at the front, took about five minutes before someone came out, but were seated immediately. Service was good when it came to someone coming by the table. Ill try again in a couple of weeks and do a single order of fajitas and update this review.

such rude service and when we ordered the fajitas we got barely any meet and all green peppers. i ask a worker if he could ask the other workers to stop banging on things and singing because i coudlnt even hear the person i was sitting next to. and he got a attitude with me and then the people came by our table and was super loud and rude. i felt uncomfortable and it was the worst experience ever. their service and food suck!!

Overall this place is ok. Good atmosphere. Customer service is good. I ordered amber beer and it tasted like half of the glass was plain water. I know how it was supposed to taste and defenetly not genuine. Ordered stake fajitas and beef looked not fully cooked. It was mostly vegetables and a little bit of meet. I would give them 2 stars for food. I dont think I will go there again

Ive been here twice. Food is okay, not great. First visit the service was fine. Second visit the waitress was awful. I asked for a booster seat, she gave me a highchair. I ordered a beef enchillada, she gave me chicken. I ordered a margarita, it had no taste of tequila. When I asked about it she said, "Oh its blended, so the tequila is just mixed up in it." Haha! Yeah right!

Good Mexican food and good selection of drinks. We came for taco Tuesday, which is unlimited tacos for $3+, with the purchase of 2 drinks from the bar. Just a note, the only selection is crunchy shells, but I ordered a side of their homemade flour tortillas for $2+ and made my own soft tacos so I had a variety. Great place!

the cheeze chimichanga was awsome no beans no meat......I love all the horse pics on the wall .........felt very welcomed........manager made an awsome bloody mary with shrimp, and celery it was damm good would love to go back but im too far away now.......very nice homie place to eat.......Thanks

food was tasteless, literally was like eating unsalted and boiled chicken, waitress was polite but took forever, over priced, found a HAIR in the salsa and was offered no solution to that issue, just totally inauthentic cuisine. Will not be back. Save your trouble.

Puerto Vallarta never disappoints. The staff is friendly, their menu selection is vast, and their entre sizes never disappoint. Personal recommendation, I would try their Queso with Chorizo!
