Beware! Do not use the ATM kiosks at this casino!! I tried to get some cash..it debited my account along with their $3 service charge but did not dispense any money. The casino refused to give me my money and said I had to call the company that owns the kiosk to try to resolve it thru them. I asked to speak to a manager...turns out he was on the other side of the casino dealing with the same problem with another person at a different ATM kiosk. Seems this is a common problem and happens more than you think. The casino simply refused to do anything to help or give me my money...just shrugged and told me to call the ATM kiosk company. I told them that they knowingly put in a the ATM kiosk being aware that it might not dispense money and should bear some responsibility and should be capable of rectifying the situation immediately, Instead they said an investigation had to be done and that sometimes people were not honest. My receipt showed the amount I requested, the surcharge amount ($3), that no money was dispensed ($0) and that my bank account was debited. What other proof did I need? I even had casino employees who witnessed my transaction...if nothing else, they could have pulled the surveillance camera to verify I was truthful. Yet they made me feel like criminal and I felt victimized. For the last few days I have been trying to resolve this with the ATM kiosk company....seems it could take weeks while they undertake their "investigation". They told me that there is a backlog because this happens frequently. Now, thats an eye opener!! In fact, when I shared my experience with some friends, turns out they also had the same experiences at Muckleshoot and no longer go there as a result. (One had tried to get cash for her rent and she had to go a month without the cash being returned!) Do yourself a favor and stay away from this casino. Youll do better and win more at the Emerald Queen or Snoqualmie Casino...and they certainly treat you better! I would not wish this experience on anyone! Beware of Muckleshoot Casino...they are running a scam!

I have visited many of the area tribal casinos on a frequent basis. The Muckleshoot has turned into one of the worse in the NW. The place is becoming run down, machines constantly broken, chairs broken or with the leather torn. The table dealers are good and friendly for the most part, but dont bother playing many slots. I mean I expect to lose 4 out of 5 trips to a casino, but they have become very, very stingy. Im not a max bettor so when I go to a area casino I can play for hours with say $100, at this establishment however it may last me 30 minutes on most visits. There are those days every now and then (if your lucky enough to be there) where its obvious they have adjusted the payoff percentage, but those days ave very few and far between. Food is hit and miss, the BSB on the non-smoking side has good pub style food and lots of TVs. The once destination buffet has turned into a least desired destination. The all you can eat seafood used to be a big positive, now they dont even have our own local Dungeness crab, instead they have previously frozen Sno and King crab, which they now keep behind the counter and only let you grab one cluster at a time. Need butter for that crab??? Keep looking, as apparently they dont trust the guests to get it for themselves, so you have to order butter from your server, which depending on the time of day and crowd may take up to 20min to get that butter. The buffet has really gone down hill, but I will say the servers are great and keep a positive attitude regardless of the positions management puts them in. All in all if you are looking for a pleasant gaming/food experience try the SNO, Tualip, or either of the beautiful Bainbridge Island casinos, you will be happy you did.

Wife and I have been coming here on and off since the week it opened. The casino has grown and expanded but has consistently provided a good gaming selection (although we wish they had more video keno machines) and overall payback value. Its an above average gaming experience with a players card that is actually worth getting. Weve both hit a few jackpots over the years. The staff is friendly. Entertainment inside is varied and good and you can play slots near the bar and still hear the music pretty well. Its crowded getting into the entertainment because it is often (always?) free. You dont really see any name acts coming to the casino, mostly cover bands and the like, but the price is right. Food? There are several good food outlets including a good buffet, so no need to leave to get food. All priced reasonably and if you play a few hours at a minimum $1-2 bet on the slots you probably can generate enough points to pay for at least one meal. On our most recent visit they added a cool wheel spin thing that we noticed on the machines themselves where you spin it to get free play, so be sure to view account on the machines and check that out. Our only criticism and the reason we took away 1 star is they dont have a hotel. Why they havent added one yet is a bit of a mystery since there is a ton of space in/around the casino to build one, but you can find hotels not too far away down the hill. If youre visiting the area, despite not having a hotel, youll want to visit the Muckleshoot. Its one of the biggest and best casino experiences in Washington state.

Its okay. Just average at best and many nicer casinos in the area and ones with better food options and less tight machines on average. I get that this is a business and they are entitled to a profit in exchange for for the entertainment value they are providing, but there isnt much entertainment value when its take, take, take, take, small win, take, take, take on average. I hear this from lots of people. I hear the Poker Room is pretty nice. They run a good Craps game. They offer Midi-Baccarat. Their blackjack is some of the worse (if not the worst) playing conditions in the state. They only have one regular blackjack game that isnt 8-deck, very biased machine shuffled and its a double deck game that is done out of a shoe (WTF?) And is also a very biased machine shuffled and they cut in about 50% , so youre only really playing with one deck. EQC has much better playing conditions at the same $25 minimum bet they offer on this game here and many casinos around have $5 minimum BJ tables that are hand shuffled and "pitched" to the player in a professional manner and not slid to the player as they are here. Theyve recently updated their carpets and it looks nicer in there for sure. Its still not a high end experience at all. If you want that, Id go to Snoqualmie for example.

Biggest and best casino in the northwest just as the advertisement claims. They have every slot machine game you could think of and the largest non smoking section Ive seen out of all the casinos. They have several nice restaurants, a buffet, plus a deli style restaurant thats open 24 7. They also have a popular sweet shop where they sell ice cream that is local I think (its very popular) and they are kinda known for the locally made fudge that is to die for with so many flavor options. and to sweeten the deal, they have a giant array of candy both gourmet and regular candies you find in the stores both in bulk sold by the pound or just in your regular packaging. They also have a players club card that you sign up for free (when you sign up you get a gift or something like 10 or 20$ to use to play with or to spend at any of the establishments inside) You use this card as you play to earn points which you can exchange for $ to play with or spend at the different restaurants/gift shops inside. Ive been to all the casinos from way up North to way down south and this one is by far my favorite one. PS its worth mentioning there is always plenty of parking here.
