Last I reviewed this place, it was a low star. When we first moved here, these donuts were FANTASTIC! but then they opened a second shop and quality plummeted, icing got scarce, and they tasted like rancid or hopefully just cheap oil was being used. BUT this last trip by the begging for a GIANT donut from my kids proved an effort has been made to improve the quality. Toppings are still quite scarce, but they taste great again. More importantly, the 2 employees working were delightful! We will now likely frequent; if icing builds, we will likely frequent regularly - especially as family come stay with to be tourists in Seattle

i usually stop in here when im in the area and really have never had the experience that happened just 20 minutes ago, the elderly lady ( whom my daughter says is always grumpy and rude) it took almost 10 minutes for coffee, they had no apple fritters, no cinnamon rolls and no tinkerbell donuts, the tinkerbell was made while we waited,and the long old fashioned i usually get were half the size as normal, did i say the coffee wasnt great either.. I use to look so forward to vising here, but after today, Dunkin Donuts would be just as good.... a very disappionted customer.....

Ok so they make one good doughnut. CUSTOMER SERVICE is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I went in at 5:00am in the morning to get doughnuts for work and there are barely any doughnuts out! I am the only one in there. There was no rush. And when I asked if they could make some doughnuts the short stubby girl in there said that their orders are priority and they have to focus on those first.I WAS THERE AT 5:00 IN THE MORNING. I guess only some people get to be priorities. Thanks for the over priced and meak selection and rude service.

Workers were nice, but the doughnuts are not the style I prefer. If you like thick, dense, bread-like doughnuts, then this is the place for you. Personally, I prefer the lighter, thinner, airy, cake-like doughnuts. Additionally, if you like a ton of toppings on your doughnut, then you will probably like these doughnuts. Personally, I dont want my doughnut to taste like a candy bar; less is more. If youre a fan of Top Pot or Voodoo, you probably wont like this place.

I cannot believe how unfriendly the person was at 6:30 am on 4/25/2012, she asked if I wanted my Cressant warmed I answered just a little and she fried it so hot I couldnt eat it for 5 min. There esspressos are made of chilled saved coffee and steamed together with cold milk, not a cappacino hun! Very bad service and the price for a warmed up cup of coffee 3.95. Too bad cause the donuts are beautiful. Needs improvement to say the least.

The donuts are delicious, and addicting. I have yet to get one that is "stale". The two girls that work at this location are very nice and helpful. The only thing I was dissapointed with was that on a busy weekend they are not more prepared. We went to 2 locations on a weekend during the early afternoon and the cases were empty.

bonney lake store. I really like the donuts and that wont change. But when I pay 24.00 and change to get 9 amateur 2 middle level and 1 legendary its getting rediculous. The girl said I didnt fit in any category of combinations. I guess I needed more mid level and legendary donuts to pay less. Ill be back but not for a while.

With out a doubt these are the best donuts I have ever had. They are so good that I do not desire any other doughnuts. They are a little more expensive than some other shops but their doughnuts are larger and much better. They are located about 7 miles from my house and I drive by other doughnut shops to get their.

Worst donut shop! I have been there multiple times and either its hair in my donuts or they are super dried out either way its a horrible place. Plus its owned by a police officer in sumner named kenny patterson he and his wife shannon are the rudest people i have met. Dont support this family they dont deserve it!

Donuts were ok. Have had better at other locations. My only complaint was there was much jelly in the yogi bear donut, but I can live with that. The real upsetting aspect was my coffee was burnt. Like disgustingly burnt.

I Came 10 minutes before 6 pm with 3 kids to buy donuts but a rude lady doesnt want to open the door. She just left when I showed her the time. I was driving 20 min. to get those donuts. It was July 11,2016

Very rude customer service, I have seen these reviews about it and figured Id get some donuts and see first hand. Donuts are nothing special, save your time and go to Albertsons, top pot or krispy creme.

They have a good theme going but thats about it. I personally do not enjoy the flavor of the dough. Ive tried many different types of doughnuts here and the only one I like is the blueberry fritter.

Outstanding donuts. Prices are higher than cheaper chains, but you get what you pay for. I especially like the croissant-style "doughsants" - Ive also heard them called "cronuts."

Nice folks but the place is super dirty!!! Imy sure its hard to keep clean with all the traffic coming in. But Menchies is super clean and the have the same type of crowd.

Very inconsistently good. Stale donuts 79.9% of the time. Go to another donut place or just get some from haggen. Sometimes they are extremely good, but mostly not.

Unique and standard doughnuts. Usually they are very good. I recommend getting there early as the selection greatly decreases as the day progresses.
