Dont be fooled by old reviews! Theyre under new management and the food quality is now EXCELLENT. Much better than the inexpensive, casual decor would imply. Favorites include fried wontons (crisp fried flavor but you can taste the filling), hot and sour (hot, salty, never bland, served with the flat fried noodles) and general tsos. The tsos and all other breaded fried dishes (sesame chicken, orange beef) is some of the best youll have, because they dont overdo the breading, and they dont use pieces that are fatty or too large. They cook it thoroughly so its always perfectly crispy, not mushy like some places. The sauce is great too, thick and sweet with scallions and maybe a hint of ginger. I also recently discovered a roast pork dish with onions and scallions thats perfect if you dont want something too heavy, and they have a unique spicy wonton dish Ive never seen elsewhere, soft dumplings in a sweet tso-like sauce. Its very quiet, no cheesy music and its never crowded. I feel like people havent re-discovered this place since it changed hands. Its great for a sunny daytime lunch, and in warm weather carousel is open just across the parking lot. Service is flawless. Its a family place... the husband cooks and the wife and her 2 kids take care of the customers. They always make sure my drink is refilled and the dishes are cleared, and the food comes out surprisingly fast and is always piping hot. If you are undecided between the local chinese places and you just want the tastiest food done fast, this is the place.

This place has some really great Chinese Food. The serving sizes are HUGE and theyre the only place in town that delivers too. My one complaint against Waterloo is that every time I eat there, some employee just watches me eat the entire time, and literally every time I take a sip of water and put my cup back on the table someone runs over and says "water? Do you want more water?" And they refill my drink. Its super awkward to dine in there. Thats why the only time I get food from them is when they are delivering to my house. Otherwise I go to Yen Chengs instead.

Only had the General Tso and Fried Rice. Food was delicious, nice portions, and fairly priced. I was skeptical at first because of previous reviews but learned its under new management. They also deliver to Jeffersonton (a big plus)! The new owners definitely hit the mark. Must try!

This is without question the best Chinese food in Warrenton and they still care and serve fresh food. The place is clean, the staff is wonderful and they try - yes they try and it shows. I eat there at least 2x per month.

I love this restaurant so much, I go there often with mom and they even remembered our orders. The staff is very polite and kind. The food is incredibly delicious and it always leaves me stuffed!!!!
