The menu and pricing is about the same as it is at all suburban/southern/midwestern Paneras. Like those, it also tends to close rather early for a coffee shop. The service is quite good, though - Despite fairly heavy traffic over lunch, Ive never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes for my soup and sandwich. Their lunch staff do a very good job of keeping the line moving at the register as well. The only mistake Ive had made was that the cashier neglected to give me a loaf of bread I purchased with my meal (partially because of my walking away from the register as soon as I had the receipt) - I didnt realize that the error had taken place until 10-20 minutes later, but a quick mention to management was all it took to get it handed over to me with absolutely no hassle. Decent, quick service. Consistently quality food.

I did an online order. I specified I would be serving 20 people. My bill was over $100 for a salad and ten HALF sandwiches. I had added some soups the order after the original order, bringing my bill to close to $200. I was embarrassed when I pulled out the food only to find my guests had to split their sandwiches. And there were only 5 small bags of chips. single serve. When I called to complain, they said thats what I ordered. I have to ask you. When I say 20 people, I mean to serve 20 people. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I could have bought lunch meat/cheese and all the fixings and not have spent that much money, AND FED MY GUESTS!

The service was good but the management was clearly not on top of things. The bin for dirty dishes were full and manager was hanging out behind the food delivery area joking around I can to inform them and was ignored by the manger. The drink area was not fully stocked the machine didnt even have ice. I just expect better from Panera but it is clearly not being managed well.

Mom and I got 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and they were subpar. Only half of it was likely browned, if not even, the other side was white with grill marks. Hell, the cheese wasnt even melted, and it was that fake "American" cheese. They didnt even butter the bread either. Then the chips we got tasted kind of stale. But at least they had coffee that was good

At this location I have noticed that the treatment of staff members by the management was not fair. This post regards a staff member that was fired on 11/5/2016. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. This location does not even deserve a star, but the site requires at least 1..

Poor costumer service. How am I supposed to know your holiday hours when they are not listed. All they say is the holiday might affect these hours thats it. If you dont want to serve me then thats fine tell me. Dont treat me ill mannered and rude because its almost closing time. Next time I know.

This panera always seems to be quite busy. The wait for food is sometimes rather long, so dont go if you are in any sort of time crunch. Also close parking seems to be often limited.
