Horrible experience. The official website advertised their hours as being open until 9pm. We were outside of the Landstown location at 8:20pm and the door was locked and it appeared as though they had already closed. I called to get more information and an employee informed me that they had decided to close early - I asked if that was a management decision and the employee rudely responded that it was the owners decision and hung up on me. While we were outside, 2 other customers approached only to be disappointed as we were. In a span of 10 minutes, they had already lost 4 customers and who knows how many more. I find it absurd that the company advertises that it is open until 9pm then they just decide to close early when it is convenient for them without at least any notice on the website. Its ignorant at best and false advertising at worst. I certainly will not be returning to Zoup and I will advise others to avoid this horribly managed establishment. The best part is that the Zoup management will respond to this review with the same generic response that they give to every negative review: "We sincerely apologize about your recent Zoup! experience. We will follow-up with the team to see if additional training is needed. We hope you give us another chance." -- let me save you the trouble of copy and pasting your robotic response. The only people that need additional training is the management - on how to run a business.

First time eating here. The restaurant was very clean with little noise. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi. The staff welcome you upon entering but since they all do it feels forced. They did liven up went helping to explain the menu and order process. They were working on cleaning and brought the meal to our table. The food was good there is a large selection of soups but they rotate most of them so you might come in to your craving not on the menu. The soups were great but with the feel of a franchise, not spectacular but consistent across stores. The sandwiches were pretty good but also nothing defining. Overall I enjoyed eating here and will come again for a quick bite.

I had a great first experience here today! The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were patient with me in explaining the menu setup. It was nice to be able to taste the soups before ordering. The restaurant is bright and clean and the decor is contemporary. The food was delicious and fresh! Thanks for the experience!

Food is really really good and usually comes up pretty quickly. If you order a sandwich it will be done quicker than your average fast food joint. Staff is friendly. Upon entering the first time, I was asked if I had ever been there before and was given a detailed run-down on their dishes. Super clean bathrooms.

Poor management. The managers put blame on young employees and are unprofessional. Pick favorites. A terrible place to work for. And the food is mediocre. The lobster bisque is as thick as yogurt, the broccoli cheddar tastes like its made of kraft cheese. Try somewhere local, like Taste, or even Panera.

Food looked good but our seating area was dirty. Had hair on two of our plates. Had to ask for folks to eat the salad. Had to ask for spoons for soup. Also had to ask for all of the food I paid for. They forgot to give us a sandwich we had paid for. Manager was apologetic and blamed young staff.

Food and selection is great but the price is really high. For lunch $28 for two people. Most places have a half soup and half sandwich combo. Theirs is close to full price for both and prices are not cheap for either. Id like to come back but honestly dont think I can afford it.

Pleasant, clean place for lunch. Upscale decor and good food are the nicest parts. Free WiFi is a plus as is the ability to see which soups they have available online. The menu isnt very large, and the portions are moderate, but for lunch its a good match.

My Granddaughter and I were looking for a place to eat lunch between her soccer games at the VB fieldhouse. We decided to try Zoup! We both loved our soup and salad combos. The staff was very friendly. We both love Panera but Zoup! is now our favorite.

Good food. I enjoyed my sandwich and soup. The price seems high for the amount you get. Half a sandwich and a small cup of soup is going to run you about $10. I would have expected 8ish. Probably wont return due to price Vs food ratio.

Veteran Owned location! Amazing soups salads and sandwiches! Will hot the spot every visit. They only have 12 soups out but say they rotate different soup. The salads are fresh and delicious!
