I am a regular at Subway on Lynnhaven Pkwy, I always order the cold cut combo because I was told and listed under cold cut combo that the meat was turkey based. Today I was told emphatically that the cold cut combo was pork based and has always been pork based. The young lady told me that as long as she has worked there the cold cut combo meat was Pork. Since I dont eat pork I ordered the turkey meat. However I went to Subways web site and it clearly stated the cold cut combo is turkey based meat. I called the store to inform the clerk to read her own website and she was less than gracious. Thanks

Worst customer service ever. I showed up at 9 and the sign clearly said closed at 10. I had to stand at the door in the rain until the young lady let me in and as she said "we close at 9, but Ill let you in." While making my sub the young ladies made excuses for example: we can not toast your bread because the machine does not work. (It was unplugged by the way) Then the young ladies got an attitude because i asked for tuna and they already had the tuna scooper packed away and cleaned. Then she proceeded to give me the smallest amount of tuna she could scoop.

The worst Subway Ive ever been to. From the time I walked in until the time I left the girl acted like she didnt want to be there and hated her job. She often stopped making my sandwich to whisper to the other girl in the back. She was also not friendly at all. There was no "Hello" or anything. I walked up to the counter and after a minute of carrying on her conversation to the girl in the back she said "What do you want" she had an attitude the entire time. I recommend a different Subway if you want a good experience.
