The Death of a Dollar

Ive been ordering from this location since it was Redstone Pizza. Ive had more messed up orders delivered to me since the new ownership. They recently messed up my order and told me it would be well over an hour before they could get it to me. (Mind you I live a neighborhood over from their location.) Ive called and had two orders since then. The first time they couldnt replace my order because the owner wasnt in. The second time (today 5/10) I called and I was told they had no document of a replacement order. They seem to never change the grease for the fries, the pizza is dry and has a burnt taste to it, and the Philly sub be more bread than anything. I miss Redstone and today will be my last time ordering anything from there and I put up a Facebook post to warn others about ordering from them.

I am very disappointed with my delivery. I ordered a pizza with ham and pineapple with the appetizer sampler for delivery. The pizza looked like a plain pizza, as the toppings were almost nonexistent. I literally counted 8 pieces of pineapple, and saw a couple pieces of ham. Very little cheese as well. I dont understand how they could have sent that Pizza out for delivery. No quality assurance at all. The appetizer sampler would have been ok, but it had been sitting for a long time prior to delivery (it didnt take long to deliver, only a few blocks away), so it was barely warm and soggy.

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would!!!! Do NOT eat here!!!!!!!!! Not only did it take 1 1/2 hours to get my order, the delivery person didnt get my whole order. Called the restaurant and they said the delivery guy would be at my place within 15 minutes.... took 40 MINUTES! When I opened the box up pieces of food were missing and had been eaten!! Went to the restaurant and got a full refund for the entire order!!!!! Will NEVER order from here EVER AGAIN!!

Online order. Called me 45 mins after order saying they were out of calamari... then said food wasnt priced right and I would need to pay more... food took about an hr. And a half.. ordered a 2 liter of coke.. they sent Dr. Pepper but never mentioned that on the phone.. chicken parm was terrible! Who makes chicken parm with 3 chicken tenders!?! Cheap nasty chicken at that. Pizza was decent at best but for $40 Id rather order from a chain

We are very happy with the food and service we received. Great impression for my first time ordering from here. Got an awesome deal for wings, garlic knots, a large pizza & a 2 liter. We really enjoyed the quality and flavoring of every item we ordered. We ordered for delivery and the food arrived within the time frame expected and the food was still hot. We will definitely be ordering from Brooklyn Pizza again!

Terrible!!! My fries are like warm at best, and soggy. I ordered a diet coke, which is what they have online, but got a diet Pepsi that was hot. Try speaking with the manager, but he just made excesses. Said the Pepsi was just delivered. Cup of ice would have made sense!!! He honestly didnt seem to care. Do not waste your money here.!!!

I ordered well over an hour ago and my pizza has still not arrived. I called and was told almost 30 minutes ago that it was on the way. Where is it then? I may update my review if the pizza is hot and tastes good. I forgot to update this, but I do remember that the pizza was cold and not good. Would not order again.

Ordered online. Restaurant called and jacked up the price. Kid order of chicken strips say 5.99 online but called and said it is 6.99. Then the kid chicken strips come with like 7! WHY! I wanted parmasean and pepper flake.. was not provided. I enjoyed previous orders but not today and I will NOT be returning.

SUCKED A WHOLE LOT. I LITERALLY LIVE ACROSS THE STREET. I AM LOOKING OUT MY BACK WINDOW AT THE PLACE. IT HAS TAKEN MORE THEN AN HOUR ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS TO GET ONE COLD, OVER COOKED, UNDER TOPPINGED CRACKER(PIZZA) WITH CHEESE AND SAUCE ON IT. IF YOU COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD DO IT SEVERAL TIMES

By far the worst place I ever called for a delivery. It took them over an hour in a half to get to my house I live across the street from the store you can see my neighborhood from the store and the pizza was cold not warm never call them again never.

Brooklyn pizza is the closest to finding New York style pizza right here in Virginia Beach. Extremely fast and friendly service . I love their cheap prices ! Best pizza Ive had in a long time,definitely recomend!!!

The pizza is delicious, however not only did my boyfriend get sick from it, but I bit on a piece of tin can in my slice. It was a sizeable piece, probably an inch and a half by a quarter or 3/8.

Sadly my Fav pizza place has gone downhill... The lady that took my order was rude, the pizza tasted awful (fake cheese) my order was was incorrect and it took over an hour to be delivered
