Great food, and good service. A friend brought me here this past Sunday, 5/6. She said the food was good, and a server name Vinny was the best. I have to disagree. The food was great. We had the three course meal for $19.95. I started with the Insalata Della Casa salad. This was such a good salad. It had a nice creamy sauce that really makes the salad. I ordered the salmon salad for my main course not realizing it was another salad. Our server vinny brought it to my attention before it came out to see if I was aware that it was another salad. I wasnt but he said it was quite good, so I kept it. It was worth it because it was great as well. I really enjoyed the fresh bread that they bring out to the table before and during the meal. The bread was excellent. Desert was good. I had tiramisu cake. Vinny is the man. He is very knowledgeable of the meals that are served there and his demeanor and etiquette makes his name memorable. We returned again the following day with a party of three. Vinny wasnt there, and it was noticeable. We did the three course meal again. I had the same salad and chose the lasagna for the main course. It was great as well. My friend has the shrimp Fra Diavolo Campanelle which was just as good if not better. Her friend had the tilapia with crab meat that I didnt taste but, she enjoyed it. For dessert I had the Warm berry cake which I enjoyed over the tiramisu cake the day before. Heres when I notice that Vinny wasnt there. Our server wasnt as warm as Vinny was but, thats fine because she was friendly. However, when dessert came, she placed our spoons on the table which is absolutely irritating to me. The same thing was done during breakfast at the Waffle House. I dont understand why some establishments dont train their employees not to do that. Place it in our hands or on a napkin. Thats my only dislike about our experience. For drinks we had the Berry Lemonade. Thats a good lemonade. I hope this helps anyone reviewing this. The three course meal for $19.95 is one that you cant go wrong in selecting. After leaving Virginia Beach to go home to write this review, I discovered that there is a Bravo here in Pennsylvania at the Willow Grove Mall. Stay tune for my review on that one.

Scottie- HORRIBLE SERVICE and BAD FOOD!! My friend and I made a regretful decision to eat at this place Saturday night. While we had to make reservations, upon arrival the establishment did not appear to be that busy for a Saturday night. Nevertheless, we both ordered that same thing, Chicken Parm and salad. To my surprise in no more than 8 minutes after my salad arrived, here came the entre, WARM not HOT as if the chicken was kept under a warmer and a piece of cheese slapped on top! Gross! We looked for Natalie our waitress who was nowhere to be found to complain. While waiting, I decided to use the mens room which was filthy and had no paper towels to dry my hands.I had to get the chef to grab me some as my hands dripped on the floor in the middle of the restaurant. At last the manager Rachel arrived at the table to addresss our concerns. She was very polite and understanding and offered us new meals which we accepted but upon those meals reaching the table we had already lost our appetite and our evening was ruined. Rachel did offer a gift card to return for more bad service from Natalie and more bad food, we respectfully declined. If you want great food and service DONT EAT HERE.

My husband and I wanted to give this place a try since I love italian food and its very close to home. I expected a lot better considering the location. Our server came by the table to take our order, passed by to snatch up dirty plates, boxed up my food (not adding the last of the garlic bread that I intentionally placed on my pasta plate because I wanted to take it home), and she brought our check. She did not stop once during the meal long enough that I could ask for a glass if water or make sure that everything was ok, as most servers do. She literally grabbed dishes while racing by. Our food, salad, and bread was delivered by other people. And although my pasta was good I was not impressed with the fact that my shrimp and scallop pasta had 3 shrimp and about 10 pea-sized scallops on it. My husband didnt care for his meal either. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Tonight my family and myself went to Bravos. We were seated as soon as we walked in. That was the best part of the whole experience. We got there around 7:45pm. We ordered right away. We got two appetizers the cheese ravioli and the spinach dip at the same time we ordered our meals (a total of 4 entrees) . The appetizers took about 20 mins to come out. Our entrees took another 40 mins after that to come out. That is a total of an hour. When we got our entrees if you felt two of the plates they were extremely hot which means that they have been sitting in the warmer for a long time. Once we actually started to eat the food it all jut tasted plain with not a lot of flavoring. Even with the waitress warning my father that what he was ordering was going to be spicy. We used to go to Bravos a lot but havent been in a while and we will not be going back.

A retirement luncheon group met here on a recent Saturday afternoon. Since I had eaten here in the past and been very satisfied, Bravos was my suggestion. The bread was not as fresh and soft as usual, the salad had too much dressing on it, and the food was overly salty. We were a group of health professionals ( 25 ) and very disappointed with the lack of food quality. I mentioned the saltiness of the food as the waiter came around to ask about "to go" options for the uneaten food. He said he would be sure to tell the kitchen but no one ever came forward to apologize. Several of us chose not to take our leftover portions home and chose to not complain when the food was served. I am very embarrassed for recommending Bravos in the beginning.

This place looked and smelled amazing before we even entered, so when we sat down and ordered expectations were high. I will say they did not dissapoint at all. The food came out piping hot and looking bellisamo it was even better when the waitress offered the freshly grated parmesan cheese. As a topper for dessert we ordered a cappuccino and that was amazing as well. The service was great even for it being close to closing time, Jackie was a sweetheart and the manager was great even after a fellow waitress accidently sprayed me with cleaning solution and she fessed to a manager straight away and offered us a discount for the inconvenience. I tell you anytime we are in the area and craving Italian food we are coming here again and again.

I recently went to Bravos for my graduation dinner and the owner of this restaurant is DISRESPECTFUL. We made reservations a month in advance and when we got to the restaurant at 7:30 our table was not ready. We did not get seated until 8:30 so really there was no point in even making reservations. The owner of the restaurant got in one of my family members face and continued to state rude comments as if it was no big deal. We were upset that it took a whole hour just to be seated since we made reservation way in advance. The owner of the restaurant has completely turned me away from going to Bravos again. He is arrogant and rude and very unprofessional! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO BRAVOS !!
