I used to love this place - hands down they have the best food in town. They used to treat us so nice, always saying it was no problem to deliver even though we were a couple miles outside their delivery area. We tipped the drivers very very well! Well, I will not ever go there again, as I overheard on the phone someone say "its that girl again from ____" - and the guy saying "make her order at least $25 in food or we arent going"... very nice guys! So I tried again today to order from the eatstreet app they have on their website - confirmed my order, sent me an email and guess what - NO ONE EVER SHOWED!!!! I called the restaurant and the girl said they never got my order - and when she asked me if she could take it and have someone run it out - as soon as I told her where I was located - she said, "yeah, no, you can just cancel it"... So sorry your customer service has gone into the toilet Nikos - my company really loved ordering from you...

I hate when people do not give 100% honest reviews so mine is going to be as genuine as one can possibly be. This place is right down the street from my work and they deliver, so I order from them A LOT. The lasagna is my favorite. I call it "awesome lasagna". Staff is great, delivery time is excellent. They are a good solid place to get Italian food from. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars and the only complaint I have is that they do not serve "stringy" pastas.. they only serve penne or the other non noodlish type pastas. To me, something like that changes Meatballs and Spaghetti entirely. But there is MORE THAN ENOUGH GOOD FOOD to make up for whatever I dont want on the menu.

I always make a point of eating at Nikos every time Im downtown for lunch. Especially during the summer. The food, hot or cold, is always outstanding. The staff is friendly and the dining room is always clean. Even when the Taste of Syracuse is in swing, Ill walk over and get a sandwich. Thanks everyone at Nikos! (I wish theyd bring back rice pudding!)

The food was delicious, huge portions and the service was very friendly. Their menu is made from scratch, sauce, bread etc. My wife had their Italian baked chicken with rice and beans and I had eggplant parmigiana on home made toasted bread. In todays processed pre prepared food world Nikos is a Gem.
