I went there and stayed until DURING closing and left $250 Versace sunglasses that the staff admitted finding and putting up for me. I reported the next morning before they open and they admitted that a staff member had to have taken them from the counter they put lost and found up at. This was 18 months ago, 3 months after the loss a general manager called and offered me 100 towards the lost. Which shows somewhat of an effort but only SOME. I dont hold grudges so I have been back since a few times where I am given an evil eye by the same waitress I had. Bad thing is I never discerned Del to stealing them. Because she admitted to finding them and putting them up for me. Which says that another employee there steals from guests. Maybe she had to pay the 100 I dont know, but whatever the matter is. guard your material possesions WHEREver you go, Ill still go back, one day.. I just moved to the area and found some other "more pleasant and hospitality" elsewhere... Big ups to the General manger whom made an effort... There are theives everywhere tho, Keep ya gaurds up! whomever lies, they cheat and they also steal... There will not be one, without the rest following the trend .. Be Blessed... 1.. R.J.

Ive been going here for years, had gatherings and celebrations here and never had a problem till now... I called and wanted to place an order for takeout. I called and asked for price for wings the lady told me to go online and hung up. I never had this problem in the pass and called back to speak with management. Come to find out she was the manager and she said she was busy and had no time to go over prices just had time to take the order, still bothered cause i didnt get an apology for the rudeness but became a little understanding... when i came in she handed me my food and tab. No hello, no have a nice day, no nothing! From this day forward i will no longer go here and will tell everyone i know about the poor customer service i received here. There are so many other places to go and i will take my business as well as friends and family elsewhere. So disappointed

Great lunch specials for $6. I got the buffalo chicken quesadilla which was HUGE. It was not just a half - you got the whole thing and it filled generously. THEY HAVE WONDERFUL RANCH DRESSING! We also tried the crab cake sliders which came with a side of chips. You could upgrade to fries or other options but we chose not to. The chips were seasoned and delicious! We also tried the alligator bites of the regular appetizer menu since this was a new experience for us! Tastes like chewy chicken. It came with a special sauce which was like spicy horseradish. The table next to us had onion rings - they looked amazing! We wished we would have ordered them. Tap beer was COLD. We would def go back as well as recommend this place to others!

I took my girlfriend out for dinner and some drinks. She order barbecue buffalo wings and I ordered the boneless. I made a mistake mine was SPICY HOT I told the waitist I must had order the wrong chicken she said no problem. It took 10 to 15 mine to get the original order she came back in 5 mins on the second order It was SPIC8HOT ....I think the cook was made and just poured barbecue sauce on top of the ones I sent back.... I tip the waitist well and box up the SPICY HOT HOT CHICKEN to took it home .. I dont know if I will eat there again The waitist did her JOB not happy with the COOK!!!!!!! There are alot bar out there I just fine another.

Went in for lunch and got the "Burger of the week" with Chili, cheddar, japs, and a side of onion rings. When the server put my order in I could hear the cooks complaining loudly from the kitchen about what I had ordered- Maybe because they had to make more onion rings or something. Anyhow, the chili on the burger was cold and overall the food was horrible- never going back.

The food was great but the service was Terrible. Couldnt get drink order correct, literalky took my menu away from me before i decided on what to order, had to go find flatware, had to go find dipping sauces for the meals, and no water for the table even though it was requested.

This place is fantastic in every way. Ive read negatives about the food. I have learned wherever I go to be specific about ordering. Never been disappointed. Only complaint is the place should be a little larger...especially during World Series, Superbowl, etc. :)

Food was horrible!!!! Worst wings Ive ever attempted to eat.....sent then back and tried the shrimp appetizer. Once again inedible...cut our losses and left. Potato skins were edible but pedestrian. Used to be a good place....its definitely a pass now

Good for football games but TV are kind of set up in a weird way in relation to the seating. Food is what youd expect at a sports bar. Service was decent.
