Sandwiches were decent but not extraordinary. I ordered the Wreck the Mayo was a bit runny but otherwise was ok. I got it in the Bigs size and though it was enough food for a big guy its a bit expensive. My daughter got the Italian and said her Mayo was runny and overall "meh". Her friend got the pizza sub and said it needed more sauce and didnt expect provolone cheese so it kinda messed it up for him. The mens room is a single toilet and not very clean. A worker came out to mop up something and drug the mop behind him causing a wet streak in the middle of a high traffic area. He was reprimanded but super slack. The decor eclectic but too eclectic as nothing matched. Good for the guys to get some grub after work or takeout but I wouldnt bring the family or a date.

I was staying the weekend at the Sheraton Tysons Corner for a convention. Since I had time on Sunday, I decided to walk farther from the hotel. Potbelly is only a block farther away than the restaurant row near the hotel, although its almost a quarter mile on foot. Anyway, it looks to me like Potbelly is a good alternative to other sub shops. I tried the Mediterranean sandwich. The bread was nicely toasted and I asked for all the extras so I wouldnt miss out on anything. Service was pretty good too. The free WiFi internet is a plus, since many places around here dont seem to have that. (which is a surprise in what I thought is a metro area)

Removed one star because the internet is too slow to be usable. Food and service are top notch. This is a big location with lots of seats but be prepared to wait during lunch hour as it gets busy here. Avoid the pizza sandwich while the brownie cookie is delicious!

If theyre busy the service level declines.. My first time there and it seemed like everybody was afraid to make the PB&J I ordered.. Then when I got it back to my office it looked terrible.. and could they have spared the jelly?.. Smh.

Shawn, his team are one of the best in the state. I order from them on daily bases for me and our store at Infiniti of Tysons Corner. I Highly recommend them. Just tell them Ali sent you from Infiniti and they will take care of you!

I ordered online, had to wait a few minutes as they were busy. However, multiple workers double checked to make sure I had everything in my order the way I specified. Very pleased with customer service. Food is great too!

i liked potbelly. but this location have not lived up to par. most of the staffs were unfriendly and being nonchalant on the request. the sandwitches came out salty a few times we were there.
