Online orders are soooooo slow. Its much quicker to just wait in line and order the old fashioned way. Online ordering for pick-up is supposed to save time... but Im always waiting at the pickup area while I watch the other customers in line wait, order and get their food. Online ordering is pointless at this location.

What can I say besides its Potbelly. Its the same as every other Potbelly except closer to my work but also a little more busy than some of the others Ive been to. If you dont have time to kill and its a work day order online ahead. Also get the hot peppers because whats Potbelly without hot peppers!
