First of all i will start off by saying.. I will never step foot in that kfc ever again... When i arrived there were several people sitting down waiting on what is called fast food.. Right?.. I sat for 15 minutes waiting on my on my order only to find out... Several others been there for 25-30 minutes... We all started getting frustrated even so started asking for refunds.... The manager look like she just got out the bed... Wtf!! Smh... I recommend some one from corporate stepping in and taking over... And firing every one there and rehirin people who actually can run the business the way its supposed to be...

Always a long wait for your food, the order be wrong after it was repeated to me correctly, food be old, and if you make a complaint they make it seem like its your fault, I called corporate on them before about a big black object in my sons Sierra mist and because I posted it on Facebook the guy was very rude and didnt care about my problem with his restaurant and the employees there. Some employees are ok but most of them dont smile at you and greet you nicely, instead they act as if they dont want to do their job. Well get a different job then that doesnt require customer service!

It was a horrible experience. The service was very slow, and three things in the order was messed up. They forgot a biscket and when we got one it was as hard as a brick. Then when we asked for a fork it took five minutes to give us one. It took about 15 minutes for my meal to come out, and all the sodas were very nasty because there wasnt any syrup. I came here last night as well for Taco Bell and the chicken tasted old and the tortilla shell was hard and was breaking to pieces. Dont come here

This is actually a KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant. Went here with family for lunch on a Saturday. The woman at the register was texting while taking our order and we had to repeat our order several times because she was not really paying attention. It took over ten minutes to get the food. The hard taco we got was not wrapped properly and had a badly broken shell. My quesadilla was overcooked with the tortilla almost black in some places. I wont be going here again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We waited 4 minutes in the drive through with only 1 car in front of us. Then we waited another 5 before he even acknowledged us to take our order. THEN we had to wait 5 more for him to actual take our order. We had to repeat the order 3 times. There was no one in the restaurant, so there was no reason for them to be slow. We didnt get our forks, napkins, straws, or cookies with our meals either. Worst service ever!!

Arrogant worker insisted on sweeping the floor under the table where I was sitting. Told me I had to move so he could continue to sweep. He had not swept anywhere in the rest of the dining area. Food was okay, but had to debate why 2 to-go orders needed to be put in separate boxes. His comment was it was easier for him to box them together. No understanding that order was for 2 different people.

Terrible service. In the drive thru for over half hour before being addressed only yo be told to hold on a few minutes more....really. then I called the store and they answered the phone only to say they are short handed. You think they could have said that while I sit there. Extremely pissed off. You need to address this issue or hire some quality staff Trrrible.

The staff at this location were apathetic at best. The dining room was dirty, there was trash flowing out of the cans and the floor was sticky. It took nearly nine minutes to get our order and it was not particularly big. We will put this on the list of places not to stop when traveling through here.

This store is very nasty, tablets dirty I had to clean my own tabletime to set down and eat. Workers walking around like they go nothing to do and people walking up to counter talking about the place. They are very unperfection their. Some one need to come in on them. They dont deserve a rating.

The worst place to eat...ever! Always out of Chicken and the slowest possible service. I have stopped here three times on my way through town over the last 2 years. It never changes. Please dont waste your time stopping here to eat. Someone needs to revoke their franchise for KFC and Taco Bell.

waited 15+ min in drive-thru. order taker far from pleasant and the window guy mumbled...didnt understand one word he said. neither employee told me the price of my meal (as far as I could decipher) and I did not receive a receipt. the popcorn nuggets tasted a day old. no lemon for my tea.

It was the worst experience at any fast food restaurant. We waited over 30 minutes and still had to get out money and leave! Everyone else in there left as well. Avoid this place like the plague. They were totally rude and incompetent.

We stood at the registered for over 10 minutes before they even told our order then waited another 10-15 minutes before we got our food. They were completely out of straws and forks. Overall a very bad experience.

The day I went they only had one or two people working in the entire store. Apparently, everyone else had called out or was off. One gentleman said he had been waiting 45 minutes for his order. I left.

Five stars because this is actually one of those combo restaurant deals; its a split building with a Taco Bell! You can cross order between both businesses in order. I mean come on.. Taco Bell AND KFC?

Absolutely sucks. Drive thru line took over 20 minutes. TThey constantly run out of food and management doesnt care. How do you run out of all chicken. No chicken at all at kfc taco bell.
