I have never in my life had the most rudest, nastiest, unprofessional service in my life, after being on hold for 6 minutes, i called back, and the rude mf** told me, well if i had to do what i had to do etc, then i said thats not how you answer a business phone, may i speak to your manager, he said oh she not here, you gonna have to call back, and he rudely hung up in my ear, i will never order from them again, and i will not suggest them to anyone!!!!

I asked for beef with garlic sauce and got chicken! Not only that they didnt bring any utensils! So not only did they mess up my order they dont want me to eat it either! Im at work and cant leave so if it wasnt for the appetizer I order I would not have anything to eat.

The owner is rude and treats her employees and customers with little respect. The food isnt all that good for the price. I have an African-American guy as my server. He was on his phone and yelling across the restaurant at another employee. I would never go here again.

Whether my husband and I eat in or order out, the food is always excellent. Good portions, great tasting. Service is friendly, owner is friendly. This is my favorite Chinese in Suffolk and there are plenty in this small town.

Normally, no issues when food is picked up and food is usually good. Not gonna slam them with getting the order wrong so check your food at the door.. will never order here again after conversation with staff about order. .

Usually a pretty good experience. Food is very good, building decor is out dated. Typical Chinese decorations that look tacky. Staff is generally pretty good in taking care of you.
