I think the chips and salsa came from a previous table at the direction of the person seating us. Chips were cold and hardened. The server grunted at us to start. No , literally a grunt, indicating for us to order. Got our drink , food, sans the spoon for a soup. Never ever saw our server, wanted another drink, but I had enough after a long drive. I wanted to hang out and enjoy ourselves but the whole atmosphere was , none! TRAVELER WARNING My credit card was compromised immediately after using it here. Could be a coincidence, but this was the only place my card was in the hands of another person. When I called to let the manager know he never said a word , not one! After giving him a lengthy story about the situation, nothing, dead air. He did not care did , said, nothing. Im not even sure the person answering was truly the manager. Mostly grunting.

Waited 30 minutes. Food was cold. Half of our party gave up waiting and asked to take their food to go, if it arrived. I ordered the steak salad. Steak was as cold as the lettuce. I was given lame excuses about having large parties in house that night. I was given the "county employee" discount of 10 per cent to make up for the lousy meal. We saw our server walking around doing nothing while our meals sat in some culinary no mans land. They did have a large party but that makes no difference. "Step it up" in the kitchen and be professional. A full house is a full house and should be accommodated whether it is full because of a large party or a lot of small tables. Salsa is good. So theres that....

First off the waiter was not very attentive to us at all. Only came by one time to ask for a refill. We waited at least 20 minutes for our food and there was only one other couple in there waiting for food. I ordered the shrimp taco salad and was so disappointed with it. Iceberg lettuce, half a tomato, 6 small grilled shrimp n a sprinkle of cheese came with it. The tacos had very minimal cheese n iceberg lettuce that was still wet from water. My husbands salad was mainly lettuce n no toppings hardly at all. This was our first n last time coming to this place. It is very nice inside, however the food n service is definitely something I would not recommend.

First time there was tonight and Im glad we tried it. The place was very nice and clean. Staff was very caring and attentive. The food was great and so were the drinks. Table side guacamole is a must! My husband and I had fajitas for 2 but it took a long time to come out. Our waitress, and her manager came to our table to let us know that the 1st time they were made the were beef and not chicken like we ordered so they were remaking them and they would be out soon also added that he would discount out bill. I was very satisfied with this. When we got out bill there was a 20 percent discount off our whole bill. We will definitely go back. Very nice!

Worst place I have ever been two way over priced got one steak fajita order to go no tortillas called that up tried the same order two days later price doubled and this time I have twice the tortillas and no beef in the STEAK FAJITA got a green pepper and onion FAJITA NEVER BE BACK AND WILL BE HERE FOR A FEW MONTHS guess they figure they can screw a to go order

Everytime im at the Richmond Airport i eat here....this place is simply AMAZING! A month ago i stopped by 1 minute before closing and the staff welcomed me in...treated me like royalty and provided some amazing food....they could have turned me away but they stayed and let me enjoy my meal....they are a class act and worth visiting.

We saw it on Google Maps upon arriving at the Airport. Impressive. Attentive staff. Clean and orderly. I recommend the fantastic chipotle sauce, it has a nice kick to it without going overboard. Reasonable price. Outside seating is available. Good signal of the free WiFi. Id come back again next time I land in Richmond.

The place has a really nice decor and the service was awesome but the food was just ok. I ordered a burrito al pastor. Size was decent, but they barely gave me pico de gallo, the "Salsa verde" was too runny and didnt taste that good. On the other hand the quesadilla from the sampler platter was reallyyyy good.

I ordered take-out twice while staying in a neighboring hotel and thought it was great both times. Guacamole has huge chunks of avocado. They really stuff in the meat; no skimping like a lot of places do. I left feeling stuffed. Great price too.

So sorry to see UNO go, but El Patron is a great replacement. HUGE plates of food for lunch and having the guacamole made at our table was outstanding. Definitely bringing the family back here.

Favorite Mexican restaurant in the east end. The decor is wonderful (a lot of dark wood), and the prices and quality of the food are great. Highly recommend the chicken avocado tacos.

Drinks were very weak. Dips that came with the chips tasted like they came out of a can. Got the nacho supreme, ended up being lettuce supreme. Kinda high for what you get.
