The food here is great, but service is slow. Think island time slow, except youre not on an island. Not a bad place for a lazy Saturday lunch. Had a recent bad experience with a catering boxed lunch order. Order was placed days in advance. Items were not ready at the pickup time. Only one person working on the order, even thought it was late. Other workers eating, talking about other workers attitude, and washing windows, instead of helping with my order. Not even a sorry for the 25 minute late pickup. I called to complain, got the HR guy who gave me the excuse that holidays are stressful. Said he would talk to Suzanne and someone would reach out to me, but no one ever did. No more catering orders coming from us anymore, hopefully that relieves their stress.

I lived there years ago and LOVED having my lunch there at Suzannes. DELICIOUS!!! Im in KY now and would love it if she could find a way to ship her items. I would constantly order the chicken salad and rolls, delicious pies and cookies, and all of the other wonderful food made there! I keep looking for the Shipping information!!!

Their flavorful food is prepared from scratch and you can really taste the difference compared to food served in most restaurants. The employees are great and their deserts are mouth watering and tasty.
