This place has some of the best deli sandwiches in the city - but is run by incompetents. I just waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches and there was only one other customer for the entire time. There were No less than 3 EMPLOYEES at the time! According to my ticket, I ordered at 17:43; I walked out at 18:05. The only time I got an explanation was when I told the guy bringing me my sandwich that it took a very long time. He said that they accidentally put cheese on the sandwich when I didnt want any. Still, 20 minutes!!?!? With no explanation! Also, only two out of three employees were wearing gloves while preparing my food. That wouldnt be bad if he wasnt the one preparing my food. Dont worry though, Im sure he washes his hands before returning to work after using the facilities in accordance with state law.

If you are looking for an old school deli sandwich shop feel, Coppolas is the place for you. Amazing sandwiches, great sides like pasta salad, and loads of old city vibe. The place is bigger inside than you would expect, but still not great for large groups. Parking can be tough in this busy area, but the parking deck around the corner can help with that. Just be aware that if the deck is full and you go all the way in, you will either have to back out or struggle to turn around.

My husband and I were very disappointed with our experience. We like to try every restaurant we can to see if we can find new places we like so we came here a couple months ago. The food is way too overpriced for what you get. I dont know if it was just us or if its always like that but my husband got a cheesesteak and it barely had anything on the sandwich. I got a veggie melt with extra cheese that was burnt. It definitely wasnt worth the price and we wont be going back.

Coppolas may be the closest thing to heaven. I love this place. The cheese columbo sandwich is the stuff of legend. Tom (the owner) remembers his repeat customers and always says hello. That means a lot in this day and age. Parking can be a PITA in peak times but its prime location in Carytown so that cant be helped and there is a free parking deck around the corner. For good eats at a reasonable price they cant be beat.

Poor service to start the guy was texting the whole time he took our order. Then did not give me a to go cup which I asked for. It took about 20 minutes to get my sandwich which I was then disappointed with in the overall taste. And to top it all off the toilet seat was way too small for the average person like Im not a big guy and it was too small. I will not be returning.

Delicious sandwiches and cannoli, with a cozy, old-school vibe. Very friendly customer service, and the restaurant is very clean and tidy. A good variety of canned drinks and beer are available, plus tons of dry and canned goods are for sale. The best part is the cannoli, which was really good. As good as I had in New Jersey!

Freshly made sandwiches (and other food) with fresh ingredients and a good selection of beverages at a good price, deli-style interior and a few tables on the sidewalk; guys who take your order and make it quickly but dont care much for special orders - this is Coppolas.
