The smoothies/food are great but service sucks! First of all, just placing an order was a difficult task, since the only two employees there (one of them being the manager) are INCOMPETENT (Seriously, how many times and in how many different ways can I tell you THE SAME THING?) Secondly, I drive over there from work to pick up lunch, which takes about 10 out of my 30 minutes, only to find that part of my order is missing! I call back to let them know, and dont even get an apology. All I get is an attitude and the two imbeciles speaking Spanish (I am fluent in Spanish) to each other, saying "the lady who just picked up said you left out an item", followed by "tell her to look well cause I put it in the bag". They didnt even stop to consider that maybe they had made a mistake. Utter disregard for the customer is what that shows me. I should not have to gather enough evidence to convince you items are missing. I am appalled. They have definitely lost a customer.

The food and smoothies are great. I am giving this specific location 3 stars for a couple of reasons. They recently started delivering and clearly are struggling to keep up with the demand. I order lunch for my office every week and they have messed up the orders a few times. Plus, the employees who take the orders are quite rude and unhelpful over the phone. I can tell when they are busy in the store and just trying to get me off the phone while I still have questions about the menu and pricing. They have done this multiple times. Also, I have tried ordering with the app before and they never seem to have my food ready at the time they say it will be. This has never been an issue with the Herndon or Oakton locations, just this one.

The food is good and the staff are typically very good. There is very little seating and the lighting is dark. At night the fans pass over the lights which will make you crazy after a while. Very limited hours.

I wish they would do 1/2 scoops of protein- I always get a hard time about that but a whole scoop tastes bad to me I dont see whats the big deal about just offering a half.

My smoothie was perfect, but my flatbread was sloppily put together. I had enough extra lettuce to make a side salad and the avocado was falling out.
