Fun, quick stop for lunch with 9 yo kiddo in tow. I have to say, I was not expecting the food to be as good as it was. The Jamaican jerk chicken wrap is really good. Flavorful without being too hot and the chicken is perfect and juicy, not dry like in most wraps. My son got a turkey sandwich that had excellent bread and tons of meat in it, I thought he ordered extra meat, but I saw another person get one and thats just how they are. The quality of the food and the smoothies is very good. I really enjoyed my "Jungle Green" one. Son wasnt really into his "Beach Bum", made with strawberries, banana and white chocolate.; but I ended up drinking it later and I liked it, but it is a rather different taste. But says he likes it enough to try another flavor next time. The kale and apple slaw offered as a side made me curious and I am glad I tried it. It was very nicely balance and didnt taste too "kaley" or bitter at all. It was just the right amount of sweet and crispy to compliment the warm wrap as a side. AND its something besides chips! Thank goodness. The place is well kept and tables needing wipe downs were attended to quickly. Bathrooms were very clean too. The bright colors and relaxed atmosphere draws a younger crowd who like to sit and sip and text, and its a fun quick spot for lunch on the go and the prices are good too. Very pleased overall.

The first time I discovered this place I was in love and its on the way to my work so it was perfect. Recently I have not been consistent about stopping there because of the owner. I prefer the girl that works there, every time shes there the smoothies are perfectly made and the service is fast. When the owner is there everything is disorganized because shes taking phone order and also trying to attend to the customers there. The smoothies are never made good the last one was beyond disgusting it wasnt correctly blended and when shes there Im always late to work because shes trying to manage a lot of order at once and seems to care more about the phone orders than the customers that are there. She also gave me a smoothie that was already accidentally made and was sitting in the fridge because I had ordered the same smoothie that had been sitting there to me that was beyond rude why should I pay for a smoothie that was sitting in her fridge instead of a fresh one? I dont know how long that smoothie was there. Now I call before I go to that place and when shes there I dont go but when the girl is there I go, I think her and the man there manage the place way better and everything just flows better.

Five stars for cleanness and food quality, but only one star for customer service! Came in on a Sunday morning, they open at 9:00AM I walked in at 9:05AM, the light was not on, looks like they are not opened yet. After waiting for a while on the counter the employee came out wasnt greet me at all but with a cold face, she was like why are you coming so early? The entire time until I left the employee didnt say anything but still with a cold face. Id rather go to Starbucks for a drink right across the street next time.

The smoothies/food across all of these franchise locations are consistently fantastic & reasonably priced. I would note that the prices across locations can vary & that this location is not the highest Ive run across. I will 100% be returning here many times in the future. If you plan to do the same, make sure you buy one of their plastic cups to get a discount on each future smoothie.

Horrible service. It took ten minutes for them to situate themselves even though I was the only one in the store. The smoothie was disgusting. It only came in one size, which is huge. The reason it tasted so bad was because they use canned fruit concenitrate instead of natural fruits. I took one sip and threw it away. Gross.

This is by far my favorite tropical smoothie location! The restaurant is always kept very clean and the food/smoothies are always consistent. People usually think of tropical smoothie as a smoothie place but their food is amazing as well! I would highly recommend this to a friend.
