My son being a huge NBA basketball fan..our first time selecting what I thought was a sports related restaurant to watch the NBA finals together..wanting to to stay local..thinking the Third Base grill would be a great choice to try..instead of other sports bars like Buffalo Wild wings etc. I could not have been more wrong in my choice . when seated..I asked the host.."are all the TVs muted..and she said yes...replied np and content to watch the game in mute until I heard sound coming from the bar tv...asked again..this time they allowed sound. My order came..had to get up and get my utensils for my salad no biggie,,,but had to ask the waiter to remove our finished plates even after setting them on the edge of the table.. the waiter walking by several times not picking them up...no biggie.as the night went on...he made abnormal stops at my table asking if we were good..now realizing that he wanted us to close out my tab, Siad we were fine and asked if we could watch the game, He said the bartender was about to call "last call"...this was early third quarter abou ta little after 10..so I said I would close out my.bill. Besides thinking that we could watch the game. He grabs my half filled iced tee..and said let me take care of that....responding..:You dont mind if I finish it do you..and remarked how annoying he had been, besides missing the fourth quarter..thinking this was a special night wirh my son..staying local...drank my tee...paid my bill never to return again...

Local bar/grill(e) that is a cut above the rest. Have been 3-4 times during the mid-day (lunch/early evening) and have never been disappointed in the food. Burgers are prepared as ordered (they grill/toast buns if desired, medium is barely pink/hot, lettuce/tomato is ample and quality, etc.) and wings are very good also (be sure to say "light on the garlic" if ordering their variety of garlic wings unless you like a lot of chunky garlic pieces). Service is very good and chef obviously cares about product being delivered. Sauces appear to be "home-made" (whatever that may truly mean) and are very good to my taste anyway. All in all, I highly recommend and have enjoyed every visit (especially their "classic" rock music station/playlist/service).

Dont go here for the wide selection of craft beers, because you wont find them. On the other hand, the wait staff is always friendly and the food is always freshly prepared and tasty. Anything with grilled chicken is amazing. I highly recommend the taco salad with chicken or the chicken philly.

Always an enjoyable experience. Love the staff and the environment!! Food has always been hot and tasty!! Staff doesnt mind changing the channel to accommodate customers Recommend to locals and anyone traveling on I-64

Pit stop to watch the game on our way home. Be aware of the big ol redneck families with their mockery and racism. Food is made with few and fresh ingredients, very tasty. Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Small place, off the beaten path. Slogan is "last stop before home" whatever that means. Anyway, the wings are excellent, the burgers are good and the beer is cold. Nice service and plenty of TVs around.

Great food and awesome environment. The wings with ThaiChile and hot sauce are amazing! Just ask for wings Ron style. If there is anything on tv ask and they will put it on!
