I ordered teriyaki beef, crab rangoon, shrimp lo mein, and a pork egg roll. My food showed up over an hour after I ordered it. The food was cold and in a big soggy mess in the bottom of the bag that leaked all over my kitchen table. The teriyaki beef was so chewy and full of gristle I couldnt eat it. The crab rangoon was soggy and the sweet and sour sauce that came with it was watery and had no flavor. The shrimp lo mein was bland and was almost the consistency of soup due to the watery brown "sauce" it was swimming in. The pork egg roll was soggy but the flavor was ok.. biggest waste of $20 I have ever spent.

I attempted to order a family meal at this facility and requested hot and sour soup to be added. I was met with a cough of irritation, told to look at the family menu and was then hung up on. If a customer is not worth Ming Gardens time then Ming Garden is not worth your time. I have eaten food from this place before and apart from their complete lack of tact, their food is mediocre and priced no better than any other fast food restaurant. Often times the staff is irritable and I can garrulity that this consistency can be counted on being spilled into your food quality.

I loved ming garden before my experience tonight. I called 3x to hear this rude woman asked me what my payment option was, before I could respond the 2nd time I called, she hung up. After I called back for her to acknowledge what she done the third time, she completely disregarded what I said and went on, telling me my order would take 45 minutes and I only live 10 minutes from the restaurant. I dont know if Ill ever order from there again.

Definitely my favorite place to order Chinese take out, the food is always delicious, my order is always correct, and the delivery team is always pretty quick. Ming Garden does 2 things that I really like 1. Great steam dumplings, they are NOT the super thin dumplings that tend to be associated with poorer Chinese take out. 2. Efficiency, when ever I call in a order its always quick and to the point, thats what I prefer.

I gave this restaurant such a low rating only because the customer service is highly poor. Its a shame because the food is lovely, however the African American lady that hadles the phone and register attitude sucks like hell! The owners should really consider a new hire ASAP! I came here because its closer to my home but I would much rather driver 15-20 minutes for better service! Your customers make your business!

Im from GA. Hubby and I got stationed here IM IN LOVE WITH CHINESE FOOD. so of course I love my Chinese food good INCLUDING egg rolls. Okay i ordered the beef and broccoli combo. Broccoli IS DELICIOUS and juicy they beef is a different beef than regular beef but good. The egg roll is TOP 3 that Ive ever had. Of course the rice is good. Hope my review helps.

Never will I ever order from this Chinese restaurant again. They are rude & disrespectful. They will hang up on you & not answer your questions. Poor customers service will get you less customers. I truly liked this restaurant but after what happened today with the man answering the phone, you will never get my business again.

The food is good their service sucks though, they are in so much of a rush the lady on the phone punched in my card number wrong and called me back saying my card was declined instead of just waiting to confirm that she had my card information correct. other than that the food is delicious.

The food is horrible. I ordered sesame chicken with s side of fried rice. The chicken was dry & overcooked & the rice had a horrible burnt taste to it. Ill never eat at this nasty place again. Makes me wonder do they even care about there customers. Yuck Yuck Yuck

Someone please correct me if Im wrong - isnt chow mein a noodle dish? I just got a soup container of meat, sauce and onions served with those little packages of crispies they normally serve w/ egg drop soup. Pretty bland flavor too. Nice folks, I suppose.

They fukkn suck. After she rushed me off the phone, they delivered me half of the food i ordered, then told me they werent cumn back becuz it was 930 pm. The lady on the phone was rude af and didnt even wanna tell her boss she made a mistake. Screw them

Its decent food for a decent price. They take a little longer than some of the other Asian delivery chains in the area, but their food is better, imho. Ive ordered with other areas but keep coming back to Ming, its decent enough.

Ordered fryed chicken with fries and the fries taste disgusting like a pot grease had been poured on them!! Yuck they told ten min over phone got there waited almost 30 more mins for nasty food ..not a good spot just convient...

Living and working about a mile from this restaurant is great. The food is consistently good and have never once had a complaint. I eat here about once a week. Fast service and delivery is always a plus. Great job.
