If you choose this IHOP pray that you get Lorrie to serve you. So our server Lorrie gets 5 stars! The branch gets 1 star because of the following: the wheat toast looked like what I think recycled toast looks like, we tried 3 times to get the attention of a young male server here (because our server was swamped with work) just to get a plate. That young male server ignored us 3 times at least! We motioned to him to come to us, he stared at my breakfast companion and walked away to what seems to be the kitchen. That occurred at least 3 times! Thankfully Lorrie came to our rescue. We spoke to the branch manager however I am not convinced that he will handle this matter at all. Seriously? What type of service is this? Furthermore the male server had just begun his shift. He was even being dropped off to work as we drove in to dine therefore how could he be exhausted at the start of his shift?

IDidnt like anything about this place. When I first went with my family members, we waited 55 minutes for our for foods, when I went to see if I can fine the server she was no where to find, and our foods were sitting in the kitchen,because the two small children were crying. Today we went again accidentally thought it would be fast and good service, but NO its still the same our food took for ever, 40 minutes, also i Perfer Not have bacon even though I told the server. We were so disappointed once again.

Not sure the rating is not higher. The Host was fantastic he even walked around when he wasnt busy asking customers if they needed anything. Our waiter was very polite and attentive to our needs. He was very busy yet worked very hard to serve his customers. Of all the IHOPs in the area this one is recommended. The day we went was Veterans Day and they were slammed, but we hardly noticed in our experience. The food was served fast and was fantastic. Thank you to there staff and management

Is hair grooeming allowed in the resturant? Hey Mr. manager that was disrespectful and outright nasty to be doing in a food place! There was this woman braiding her friend woman right there in a booth table, practically doing it on top of the table! These two women were also wearing loose tank tops, ewy! Granted they had no proper etiquette the management should have stopped the grooming & advice on proper attire. Now I think twice eating there.

Perhaps the best IHOP I have been to in regards to quality, consistency and service. I dont expect much from IHOP because items are proportioned and pricing is very affordable for a family of four. But for under $20 for a party of 2, you have a solid meal which is seasoned right and served with a smile. This place will keep you coming back over and over again.

The coffee tastes like they make it in a used ashtray. The coffee is so bad that when we get stuck eating here we go across the street to Sheetz to get coffee after. Why cant any of these companies teach their servers anything about customer service or proper serving techniques. On the plus side its open 24 hours a day. #heatandservesysco

IHOP is a cheap, funnish place to go if you have time for a 2.5 hour meal. The waiters/waitresses themselves are nice, but the system is not efficient. If you do go, I recommend asking for the check the first time your waiter comes by after you get your food.

Whole experience was awful. Took forever to bring our drinks then even longer for food. They didnt even get my order right and food seemed as though it was sitting for a while. It wasnt busy at all dont know the reason for such crappy service.

Denis the server was fast, courteous, and friendly. The veggie omlette was perfectly made and the salad was fresh. I liked that there was a group of happy people celebrating a birthday there! Definitely a great place to get together!

With new management this Ihop has got much much better, servers are friendly, food comes out fast and managers are willing to help solve any concerns from customers. Definitely recommend it.

Food was decent. Hash browns were obviously from a box, the other server came to the table next to ours and asked "What the hell are you having?" This place is a joke.

Consistently slow subpar service, this IHOP is close to me but I prefer to go to the one in Sterling or Ashburn. Id even go to Arlington before going back to this one.
