A friend told me about how good checkers food is so I wanted to try it for the first time. I was very excited and I made sure I take my wife too. So, I get there at the drive through and looking at the menu to choose what I want to eat for the first time To be clear, I was the only one at the drive through. No one else was behind me. and one of the employees asked me what I wanted and I asked him to give me a minute so I can make a decision. It took him less than 20 seconds and he asked me again what I want and I nicely asked him if I can get a moment here to choose please and he said "No you cannot" I could not believe that he said that and I asked him to verify that he said and he repeated and said you cannot wait here sir. This got me very very frustrated and to be honest I didnt bother making a purchase and went straight to a different place. I cannot believe this is how they expect to make new customers. I recently moved to manassas and never tried checkers before but getting this attitude from them makes me doubt everything they have and believe in. :(

Says theyve been open almost twenty minutes and yet no one responded to us in the drive-thru and we didnt see anyone when we pulled to the window.... Gave this checkers a second chance - bad decision. We had a coupon for two Buford meals for $7.99 the woman in the drive thru was garbled and had my husband repeat our order a couple times so yes, we got so focused on ordering our food right that we forgot to mention our coupon. At the window she said that she couldnt change it and asked us to use it next time. When I explained that we didnt have $18 she continued to say there was nothing she could do. I said that they should stop making it then because we literally couldnt pay. And we left. I worked in fast food for 7 years, every pos has the ability to change items because fast food companies expect their workers to make mistakes and customers to change their minds. She was either being too stubborn or lazy.

Ripped me off. This is why these people only deserve minimum wage. I had a buy one get one free coupon. This lady charges me for two and then loses my recipt, gives me the wrong one. I go to get it fixed and she keeps telling me, "no the combo doesnt include fries and drinks when you have a coupon." That doesnt even make sense!! You guys just stole $7.00 from me. Never ever ever coming back here again you incompetent fools. Thanks for stealing from me.

Consistently rancid lettuce. Once in a while you get a rancid sandwich. Every time I go here I say its my last time, but I keep coming back because I work across the street. If you see me walking over here from across the street, please throw a rock at my head. Everything wrong with America is concentrated right here in this disgusting food. The prices are idiotic. Makes McDonalds look like a gourmet establishment.

love the food dont like the service I cant stand the taste of ketchup and everytime I order something they always get it wrong I dont know how clear I could be my boyfriend surprised me today with there bacon cheese fries and i take a bite theres ketchup he always tells them plain no ranch no mustard and no ketchup but they never listen if i was allergic they would be in serious trouble.

Loved the food, got the baconzilla with baconzilla fries, the price seemed a little high to me but it was delicious. Burger wasnt too greasy, and the cheese sauce is a nice touch. Could use slightly fresher bacon though as it was a bit dry. The price and dry bacon bring my rating down a bit but an overall good meal. It was like $15 for two sandwiches and the fries. :/

I ordered a medium number two got a small fries, a large drink and was charged for each item individually. So for what I didnt order I was charged over a dollar more then the listed combo price. I would recommend the staff get a retrain cause it appears as if the manager is cutting corners and rip off the consumer.

One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. The young lady at the drive thru was very obnoxious and I did not appreciate her unwarranted attitude. I ended up pulling of the drive thru and reluctantly going to Taco Bell. Havent been back since and I love the double Mushroom swiss burger

I was so excited to have a Checkers Burger because they do not have Checkers in my area of Texas. The service was horrible (we must have waited 15 mins for our food) and the food wasnt that good at all. So disappointed!

Boy do I love their fries. I love that they are open till 2AM because once I got a late night craving for fries so I got two large fries and a medium chili cheese fries and it was delicious and I spent $10

Well. . . in terms of health, this restaurant surely is lacking. However the burgers and the shakes in this chain joint are good. I would personally recommend the loaded shake with "Oreo Fudge."

Services fast indication use the drive thru order was ready almost as quickly as I reach the drive-thru. Employees were friendly and helpful.
