Usually ordering Chipotle online is a breeze but this time the website crashed my phone so, I had to restart my phone losing my original order I had begun with in the first place but I didnt know that since the bag icon constantly appeared empty after multiple site refreshes and even logging out of the account. Anyhow, I manage to complete my order with everything else my family wanted. En route, I get my confirm email and it shows 3 items, not 4 like I had originally ordered. I attempted, 4 times to order online before my boyfriend and I got to Chipotle but the website said error processing and no, this had nothing to do with any lack of money by any means. We finally arrive at Chipotle, its moderately busy for a rainy Friday. I goto the front and stand aside waiting to be noticed by the male cashier. He greets me very nicely, asks how he can help and grabs my order. I inform him an order got missed, could we please add another? He suddenly gets the most disgusted look on his face. He asks, "Well what do you want?" I said just a chicken burrito and he pounds on the register and rings me up. He then shoves my credit card back at me and demands I go to the back of the line. First, one would obviously think I go to the back of the line with my receipt to receive my order and show my purchase is valid. Second, why is someone like this snob allowed to work in customer service? I have always worked in customer service and have never seen such disrespect for such a simple, reasonable request. I wasnt some drunk being belligerent over some tacos. I kindly asked to add a missed meal.

We love Chipotle. We were traveling through the area and stopped for dinner. The food was good, as usual, but the experience was poor at best. It was as if there was no management. My husband ordered a burrito and before I could say what I wanted, the girl at the counter pulled out a burrito shell and asked what rice I wanted...I wasnt planning on a burrito, but I went along with it. She didnt ask me what kind I wanted and assumed I wanted meat. I didnt; Im a vegetarian. So there were no fajitas and she didnt offer any to me anyways...and have me the tiniest scoop of rice (I dont get beans, so this was also disappointing). When the next guy got my burrito, he realized there were no fajitas and that they werent offered, since I had only a tiny bit if rice in my burrito... So he checked and the cooks said it would be about 5 minutes, so he didnt offer them to me either. Then there was no cashier and a line of people formed behind us. A cashier finally came up but then realized they didnt have any cups when we asked for drinks. She disappeared again for a few minutes before checking us out and take another few minutes to open the package of cups and get them situated. It ended up taking us quite a while to actually check out...and there was no one in line when we got there. And on top of it, all the tables were dirty. Not just a little here and there, but lots of trash on every table. The food WAS good, but the experience was terrible. The whole thing was disappointing.

Food is fresh and service was decent. Persons that prepared my food were nice, curious and fast. Persons in the back were playing around as if they were at a party. Young guy who was running the register had to be called from the side deck. He was chatting with friends and not prompt to do his job. Then there was an issue with him ringing things up incorrectly and I had to wait for him to fix it after bringing it to his attention. He didnt seem to want to be here and he chatted away with some other customers that came in who I believe he goes to school with. Overall it seems the Chipotle chains have gone down hill. This location in Gainesville was a breath of fresh air compared to the Warrenton location but wasnt what it use to be....

Im ashamed to say I live near a chipotle. When people ask me where is the nearest chipotle is, I direct them to bristow. My order is constantly wrong and this last trip took the burrito roller 3 attempts to roll my burrito. Now I could understand if this was a super fatty but it was a basic burrito nothing any person choosing to roll burritos for a living couldnt handle. I can definitely see that the quality of this chipotle going down hill. This was the final time I eat at the Gainesville chipotle. They need to close this chipotle and open up another CAVA. There service is 100% better. Matter of fact I just threw my burrito in the trash and grabbed a bowl from CAVA. Thanks CAVA.

We have placed an online order with this restaurant once a week for the last year. The order is rarely correct and often not ready on time. It also seems like senior management supervision is non existent especially in the evening when customers are most likely to frequent the restaurant. The service has become so inconsistent that it is necessary to stand in line and watch the order being made......what is the point of online ordering then? We have taken our disappointment to the management before but a couple of free entrees later and sadly nothing has changed.

amazing customer service! the food was fresh and really tasty, so far one f the best Chipotles I have ever been. the General Manger "Marlon" and "Rocio" -another manager, took their time to ask me how my food was. again their customer service was really good. the lady in the line "Amanda" was smiling while she was taking my order and the the grill person "Don Jose" greet me from all the way in the back of the kitchen area. I had an amazing experience!

so disappointed...I hadnt been to chipotle for probably a year...finally decided I wanted to get some and ordered online this morning for this location. First I ordered 3 soft tacos and only got 2 and there was so much hot sauce I could barely eat them, they overlooked the note where I said very little sauce. so all in all disappointed and probably wont go back :(

Food is generally served cold. Service is extremely slow especially at peak hours. I have seen a lot of people walk out because of the lines. It will make you latefor work Iif you go on lunchbreak. Chipotle needs to find a way to make service faster because they are losing customers and money.

The service is friendly but the portions are horrible. This is the only chipotle that does this. I 1 bag of chips 1.35 and about a handful. Not even enough rice to cover the bottoms on my bowl. Half full salsa dish. For the money I dont understand why this location passes out so little.

“If you ask me, I’d say the place was somewhat mediocre. The waiters didn’t get my order immediately, I had to keep repeating my choice and it was just frustrating. I’m guessing they’re not native English speakers. The price points for their food wasn’t as bad though.”
