I have never ever been more disappointed in a restaurant! NEVER order online/via the app from this location. We ordered at 7:00 pm and picked a pick up time of 7:45 pm, we were running a bit behind and made it to the restaurant at 8:00, walk up to the counter and tell the cashier were there for a pick up " I have it here, itll will be ready in a couple of minutes" THIS WAS AN HOUR after we ordered an hour for two burritos! we sat down to be out of the way of the insanely long line for this late on a Wednesday evening and another employee walks around to let us know they are out of the barbacoa , so I ask for CHICKEN. SHe walks away and another 5 minutes go by before we walk around the corner to see what the hold up is, our order is sitting on the counter, for lord knows how long without anyone informing us it was ready. When we get home, already annoyed but at least we got food, its late and we;re hungry. We noticed that neither of our burritos are what we ordered the barbacoa was replaced with carnitas which isn;t what I asked it to be replaced with, the other burrito didnt have the salsa requested on it, and both had the smallest amount of meat on them imaginable. When you have two competitors within a mile of you, you should have your act together,. I will be visiting Cafe Rio and California Tortilla from now on. I highly suspect some of these raving reviews are fake, or that ordering online is just too far advance for this particular location, in 2016 thats unacceptable. .

My whole company is done with this place.... My company orders between $40-$100 worth of food for lunch.. First: They have destroyed every online order we have done.. Second: DO NOT EAT THE LETTUCE! Third: My most recent order.. We ordered three orders of chips and quac. Each bag had maybe 10 chips in it, the quac looked like green bird crap, and the chips were cold like they were in a freezer.. This was 20 min after they opened too.. Fourth: They are stingy on everything. Five: Ive had to remind them to clean up after themselves a dozen times, because the counter is always covered in food.. Six: Ive chipped 2 teeth from them not cutting out joints from meat.. If anyone knows how to post a pic, Ill show you.. Also if anyone knows a corporate number, let me know.. I dont want to even put 1 star, place is horrible..

Go to Wellington Road Chipotle instead if you can....every online order I have placed through this Chipotle gets screwed up. Last time I went there to eat in, they had forgotten to make dressing for the salads and I had to wait ten minutes. Poor customer service skills when dealing with issues like this as well. Tried again 7/24/15 - Forgot my dressing, also out of chipotle pepper sauce. It is almost impossible for either Chipotle in the area to remember the dressing when ordering a salad.

every time I order using my app they NEVER have my food ready I even see my ticket still hanging up there.. I might as well wait in line with everyone else because Im always waiting an extra 10 mins.. i ordered at 8, my pick up time was 8:30. didnt get my food till 8:43 smh today is my last time coming here, my food is 14.60 and everytime im given an unpleasant experience Ive given this location 3 chances to many! AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOURE TRYING TO USE THE APP.... for my food

Closing time and no food! How dare you try to charge people full price for their food and you stop making ingredients well before closing time and I mean 30 -40 minutes before obviously because I stood in line for 15 minutes after arriving at 9:35 just to be told what I want is not available BUT you think youre going to charge full price for half. Going to corporate with this.

Completely got my order wrong, frequently. Also watched food being made why no gloves, using bare hands to add ingredients. Very sparse with ingredients (I actually counted 4 pieces of meat in the entire bowl) and there was entire leaves in the food as well. Missing cheese, missing other ingredients, etc. Tried to talk to the manager and was disregarded completely.

I used to love coming to this Chipotle because it was so close to where I live, but that quickly changed. Their steak is NEVER cooked properly and its always bright pink. One time, I witnessed one of the cooks eat pieces of the steak that he was supposed to be cooking. The line is always long and they do a horrible job at trying to make it shorter.

I really like chipotle. I have been to this one a ton and never had a problem. Clean bathrooms. Reasonably nice staff. Wifi avabile from the t-mobile next door. The only thing I have to say is the steak seems to taste a little different from other chipotle restaurants this could be for a reason or just my imagination. (No pokestop here)

Worst chipotle Ive been to. Rushed through the line and the portions are skimpy at best. Soda bar was a mess; a pile of ice that had spilled out of the machine and all over the floor and lids all over. Trash cans all full. Hard to get to, a very poor location with no real visible entrance until your right on top of it.

Its Chipotle, so the food is fine. This location is right off the highway and very busy. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and waited in line at least 20 mins. They were understaffed and moving very slow. There was a sign on the door that they werent serving ice, but the drink machine was broken all together.

Worst chipotle location ever...jacked up my order twice trying to rush, protein portions are comical.....seen them charge a person for double chicken while not giving them two chicken portions....they act like the food is coming out of their check....poor customer service skills....just overall sorry.

The food was okay. Staff seemed preoccupied and not friendly at all. The Guac had a brownish tint to it and didnt seem fresh. It wasnt very busy when we went but many tables needed to be cleaned. Not a terrible experience but Ive had better from Chipotles in other places.

Food is always amazing at Chipotle , fresh and well cooked! The service is great as well, Bella at Cashier is a very established people person with a great personality. She really opened up my food experience and helped me feel like Chipotle is home! Will be coming back!

food is good and the service is great. They normally have a line but they do a good job at serving everyone quickly while not sacrificing quality of service. The only issue i had was one guy spilt my burrito in half twice in one visit but hey, sometimes thing happen

Ordered a kids meal online for my younger sister and they didnt give me the drink or side. Theres only three things in the kids meal, how do you miss 2/3 items? Theres always something wrong when you order online and their service in person isnt all that great either.
